Anakin and Dooku’s rematch on Naboo isn’t just one of the best, most intense lightsaber duels to come from The Clone Wars, but it’s also some really dark foreshadowing for Revenge of the Sith. Palpatine using this confrontation as a secret way to see if Anakin’s skills now outmatch his current apprentice’s is absolutely diabolical. Dooku almost didn’t make it Episode III with Anakin moving like that.

Obi-Wan and Asajj Ventress’ lightsaber duel with Darth Maul and Savage Opress seriously has to be one of the most overlooked lightsaber duels to come from any Star Wars project. So much history between all of these characters quite literally converging in the most claustrophobic space imaginable. Such an amazing finale for Season 4 of The Clone Wars. Also really love how they all are using red lightsabers for a brief moment!

One of the smartest details from the Revenge of the Sith novelisation is how Obi-Wan and Anakin deceive Count Dooku. Knowing they had failed on Geonosis, they open the duel with basic attacks from Ataru and Shien, forms that Dooku’s Makashi easily dismantles. This convinces Dooku that he’s facing the same Jedi he defeated three years earlier. Then they switch. Obi-Wan returns to his impenetrable Soresu, while Anakin unleashes the refined Djem So he mastered during the Clone Wars. Dooku suddenly realizes the opening exchange was a ruse and that Anakin had surpassed power levels he thought were possible.

This moment where Luthen Rael destroys and escapes from an Imperial Acclamator in Season One of ANDOR is still one of the coolest things to happen in that entire series IMO. Not only does it show how clever and prepared Luthen really is, but it’s also a brief moment in such a serious show where the more pulpy side of Star Wars is able to shine through brilliantly.

Sol and The Stranger’s confrontation in The Acolyte’s finale genuinely has to be one of the most underrated lightsaber duels ever. The choreography is obviously nothing short of incredible, but The Force moves used throughout this sequence have to be some of the most unique ones I’ve ever seen used in a Star Wars project. This series was so much better than many people online would have you believe, and I’m forever bummed that we most likely aren’t getting a second season.

This entire sequence from the end of ANDOR where Krennic interrogates Dedra is extremely intense, but beyond that, there’s something so spine chilling about hearing the words ‘Death Star’ spoken so casually for the first time in this series. The narrative decision to have every major event and/or Imperial atrocity seen throughout this series ultimately connect back to The Empire’s strongest weapon is just as terrifying as it is brilliant. Even wilder to think that those plans were exposed to The Rebellion all because Dedra essentially forgot to clear her desktop and emails.

Such a dark sequence, and one that It just goes to show that as much as Palpatine further pushed Anakin towards the Dark Side, it wasn't (and never was) 100% his decision to fully make. There was always a piece of Vader inside of Anakin Skywalker, and the brutality here absolutely shows it.

Say what you will about the third season of The Mandalorian, but the Reclamation of Mandalore is still one of my favorite moments to come from the entire series. Seeing an army of Mandalorians fight against the Imperial Remnant mainly in the skies above with jetpacks is so incredibly entertaining to watch. One of the most unique (and underrated) action sequences in all of Star Wars.

One of the greatest speeches in all of Star Wars actually comes from this episode of The Clone Wars, where Padmé speaks out in The Senate against funding additional Clone Troopers. An extremely powerful moment that truly shows why the politics of the Prequel Trilogy that were heavily criticized at the time always actually mattered. Star Wars is, and has always been, political. Such underrated and extremely overlooked episodes. Really makes you wonder if Mon Mothma was thinking about this moment when she delivered her speech to the Imperial Senate in Andor.

Some fans forget just how much Adam Peters had to overhaul after the Rivera regime. Nearly two-thirds of the roster from the NFC Championship run was new to the team. This season—especially with the wave of injuries—made one thing clear: this roster still lacks overall talent and depth. Even a franchise QB like Jayden can only cover up so much. The team is still paying for the sins of Ron Rivera, and the reality is that this “recalibration” was never going to be a two-year fix. It’s going to take a real infusion of talent to get this roster where it needs to be.
