What exactly is the reasonable suspicion? I mean obviously he was guilty and got caught but what was the reasonable suspicion? When the guy asked cop refused to answer and just kept saying "I do this for a living"

This seems like he acted on a tip and that’s why he’s refusing to go into detail. You have to have probable cause for a search, even on a traffic stop. Police don’t have the right to search every vehicle they stop for a ticket. Nervous behavior isn’t reasonable suspicion. Especially when all the paperwork checked out. Just because he “does this for a living” doesn’t mean he doesn’t have to abide by the 4th amendment.

To be honest a good lawyer can get this case thrown out for an illegal search. Nervousness alone is not a reason for probably cause if there is nothing else obvious in sight
