Alaskan sturgeon can reach 6.1 meters and nearly one ton. White sturgeon, North America's largest fish, can grow to 20 feet. Green sturgeon typically reach 4-5 feet, with a maximum of about 8 feet.

If you Google ❝Alaska frozen sea serpent❞, it's explained. It's a rope. The water current gives the illusion the ice covered rope that's tied to the bridge pier is swimming but it's just going with the flow.
