Scott and I took some time for a little self-care yesterday at J. Lynn Skin, and let’s just say—it was eye-opening! We both got laser treatments to improve our skin health. J. Lynn Skin used a machine to analyze the age of our skin, and let’s just say… we weren’t thrilled to find out that our skin is actually older than our real ages. Years of sun-worshipping and life’s wear and tear have definitely left their mark. It’s known for being a milder option with minimal discomfort and a recovery time of about 7-10 days. Scott went for the heavy-hitter!
