The tool ships with a huge pre-tuned prompt template. You can paste it into Claude or Gemini, add one line describing what you want ("a spiral galaxy collapsing into a black hole", "a hyper-dimensional tesseract breathing in 4D space", whatever) and the model writes the physics. You paste the generated code back into the simulator and 20,000 particles start moving. Every export is production-ready code you can read, edit and drop straight into a project. You get the creative range of an LLM. The simulator also handles gesture controls, image and video imports, 3D model uploads, and a community cloud where people publish their formations. 100% Free.

(Indeed, you can convert any 2D image to 3D) Please note that, for now, you'll need to manually set a depth map for your image in order to view its correct 3D version. (You can use to generate the depth map) But... stay tuned! We'll soon be offering instant 3D conversion for any image. *This is just an experimental version, and any feedback or videos of your results would be really interesting to see!

I had an early access to GPT-6 Astra and I can say, everyone in the world now has a 3D designer at their fingertips. I gave it an image of a house and asked to create it in 3D with all the details including toys, appliances and furniture. This a full 3D model reconstruction in Blender with geometry that you can manually tweak and run 60fps as a locally rendered "game" on device.

How about one image straight to an editable UE5 or Blender scene? Lumera just dropped paper - Engine-Native Editable 3D World Reconstruction with Objects & Lighting. You give it an image. It figures out what's in the scene, rebuilds every object as a separate mesh, then recreates the lighting as actual engine lights you can move and tweak. Even pulls an HDR environment out of the shot. The lighting part is the big deal here. Every other image-to-3D approach bakes it in. Lumera keeps it a parameter, like the scene was built in the engine from the start. Code and weights marked as "Soon". Paper -
