Love it Highlights the importance of doing empirical research to identify a specific problem before building your business

Measure twice, cut once.

this is an absolute must-see for every founder

I love that the founders did the actual nitty gritty work to deeply understand the problem.

I dont deny the good things the company brings and functionality. But 45B valuation is overinflated and its not actual cash, as most of the companies on the market. Real value is way way less.

Okay, how about $10B of revenue per year?

This video is incredible. And a decade later it's still relevant. What's the one lesson from DoorDash's $45B success story? - Validation is Key. You can't just build in a vacuum. The method "Build it and they will come" is nothing more than a unicorn.

Videos like this are so cool to see. Such a simple path, plan and takeaway

What a gem! Yup get your hands dirty, just get to work!

Yup. I always remind myself I'm not too good for any task. Best place to start in any idea is to 'sweep the floors'. You learn a lot from that.
