White Coat Waste has the receipts. Bhattacharya told us, “we aren’t doing animal testing.” Then, when we gave Bhattacharya the benefit of the doubt and asked him for proof, he said, “I don’t have time for this.” I love animals, and most Americans love animals too. The goal of reconciliation should be to reduce overall government spending by eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse and reducing needless and unnecessary spending. I oppose any and all efforts to reduce federal spending by taking money from the hard-earned pensions of federal workers. Employee benefits are not a gift. They are earned. I will not support and will not vote for the Oversight Committee's current budget reconciliation proposal reducing earned pension benefits for current federal employees.

The Provincial Priorities Act creates unnecessary complexity and red tape. This legislation will stifle economic growth, stall infrastructure projects and cause investor uncertainty. The added barrier will slow down investment and hurt our ability to keep up with growth. Municipalities are getting caught in the middle of a fight between the province and the federal government. I will be reaching out to other public sector organizations and impacted stakeholders to discuss the impacts of this legislation. #yegcc
