This will be an interesting conversation. Should this Amazon driver lose his job for punching a man that allegedly spit on him? Is he right or wrong?

If someone spits on you, I don’t care what color they are, they need to be punched in the face. It’s not a racism thing, It’s a respect thing.

I definitely see that point of view. A very natural reaction for most anybody. It is assault, after all. Also it’s gross.

Without knowing all of what transpired I can't give an informed opinion on this one. That said, if the White guy spit on him for no reason, then he deserved to get punched. I have a feeling the Amazon guy may have done something to cause the spitting though.

If the cyclist spat on the delivery driver, then he got what was coming to him. You don’t spit on another human being, that’s despicable. Looks like he showed restraint, dudes standing on his own two feet.

Amazon is going to fire him because you can't put your hands on anyone while on the job anywhere. Corporate will termite him simply for assaulting someone while on the job even if his boss thinks it was justified.

Need the whole story. Based on what is shown if the man spit on him without cause, I am good with a punch. However if the Amazon driver instigated something that caused him to get spit on then, no.
