For decades you guys we been dealing with this! Y’all so scared to lose your Guns! Seriously that’s the real reason we can’t fix this. Talk to people who own a gun and see. A lot of players and parents struggle with the idea that you don’t get unlimited mistakes and chances. At some point, if you aren’t producing, you won’t be able to play. This will happen to 95% of players.. whether it’s for a couple possessions, for a couple games, or for a season. The real tell is the players ability to learn from it and grow!
