AP Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan emphasized that the Constitution and the law must be applied uniformly across all religions, criticizing what he described as “appeasement politics.” He stated that Hindu beliefs should receive the same respect afforded to other faiths.He noted that Hindus are diverse divided by caste, region, and language which makes the idea of a unified majority misleading.
