The subject of 'owning a slave' is dense. It is something we hear a lot when we are in the FemDom Realm. Is it just fantasy? Can it actually be a lifestyle? How do we navigate this type of dynamic? How do we even get to that level of D/s? In this short clip [Exerpt from SLAVE TRAINING Part 2] I want to already bring to your attention one thing that will define if your desire for a slave (or desire as a slave) is touching more on a fantasy or... how can you actually navigate this in a realistic way. No one person 'can do it all' or should be expected to. If you want your slave to be 'the best' , assign them a specific role in which they can excel... and then build upon that. Once they 'master' your housekeeping (which takes quite a bit of real training), they can move to other levels. And an important note I want to leave here... make them EARN access to certain things in your life that sometimes you just want to delegate because you don't want to manage or don't know how to manage. Entrusting them with serious tasks that can affect your life, your business, your reputation, are on top of the ladder. Are they even qualified for the thing you want them to take off your shoulders? Start small and allow them to grow in their submission, to develop their skills and to learn how to best satisfy you without setting them up for failure by expecting too much, too quick. In the end, if you want this to truly work, you have to approach it from a place that transcends the roles. As this is consensual power exchange. And you both want to be fulfilled in that relationship.

A 25-year-old follower recently messaged me asking how to build financial wealth. I shared my three core principles: 1) Build Your Income Focus here first. Invest in building marketable skills (sales, design, copywriting, coding, etc.) that will allow you to build strong primary employment income and establish secondary income streams in the future. Build the income engine before worrying about anything else. You can’t cut your way to a financially wealthy life. 2) Manage Your Expenses Never let your expenses grow in line with your income. Live below your means for a period of time in your early years and you will reap the rewards in the future. This doesn’t mean giving up on everything fun, it just means being disciplined and making sure there’s a growing gap between your income and expenses. 3) Invest in Compounders Invest the gap between your income and expenses in long-term compounders. Unless you have an actual edge (hint: you probably don’t), keep it simple. 90% of my investable assets are in diversified index funds. I buy every week and hold. I don’t think about timing the market. A lot of people waste time thinking about how to generate a higher investing return when they would be much better off thinking about how to generate a higher income. Keep it simple and let your investments compound for the long-term. If you are looking to establish yourself financially, these three principles are a good place to start. I hope this helps someone else out there make forward progress on their journey. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

As a 20 year ER/Trauma RN, let me tell you a little bit about CPR that none of the tv shows will. To do proper CPR, you have to push down on the chest HARD & fast. If you’re doing it correctly on anyone over the age of 70, multiple ribs will be broken and the sternum bruised. When you have multiple broken ribs, we call it “flail chest” and even if the person gets back a heartbeat, they’ll be unable to breathe properly because the chest cavity is no longer supported. So, you’ll likely need to be intubated rapidly and we sometimes break off your teeth in the process. It’s not pretty. It’s not peaceful. And it sure as hell isn’t painless. Now, all of that is if you have your heart stop while in the hospital and you get a trained team. For patients over 80, if you need pre-hospital CPR, your survival rate is about 2%. Even if you do survive, your life is a living hell. You can’t laugh, breathe, cough or sneeze for up to a year without severe pain. You likely lost brain function due to the time without oxygen. Your mobility is impaired because you’ve been in bed for so long and many will never get out of bed again. But U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell ’s people want us to believe he’s already up and functioning as a member of Congress. I call bullshit. Complete and utter bullshit. The man was gorked for the last 5 years and there’s no way he’s miraculously healthy enough to vote on matters that impact our country after this. He must be removed immediately. Isn’t fair to him or us to continue this farce. Lastly, if you’re over 70, I beg you not to be a full code (make sure your loved ones know you don’t want CPR or intubation) and for the love of God, if you’re over 80, make sure you’re a DNR and have your POLST form on your refrigerator, in your wallet, and in your medical records so your poor family doesn’t have to make the decision for you. There’s nothing worse than being forced to break the chest of a frail granny because the kids are too sad to let her go or because the asshole grandkids want more time to have her write them into the will.

Chris Bosh explains how Kobe Bryant taught him that greatness is mostly an unglamorous routine “If you’re trying to go after something, it’s a process and you cannot cheat it. That is one thing you cannot do. You can’t cheat the process, and even then that doesn’t guarantee you anything. You have to have your stuff together because you want to win, that doesn’t guarantee a win. You just have to make sure you’re doing your process.” “I had the chance to have a conversation with Kobe. We were friendly and we tried to have dinner once a year. He always talked about loving the process of what you do. That’s important. You have to love what you do and love putting the work in because some days are going to suck. It’s always going to suck to go in the gym and shoot 10,000 free throws.” “Everybody’s like, ‘Oh, Kobe, this is amazing.’ He’s like, ‘Yeah, that’s cool, but think about my day. I get up at 4:30am, take my kids to school, I lift weights, I go to practice, I pick them up from school, then I’ve got to do treatment because I’m 35 years old in the league. Then I’ve got to do treatment, and by the time I finish all that stuff, the day’s over. I don’t do anything else. This is all I do.’” “If you take on that approach to something that you love, if you can stick with it even in those tough days, that’s where you want to be.” “You gotta love the grind, man. That’s the part I always like to think of anytime something gets hard. If I’m pursuing a goal and I want to quit, it’s going to come. It’s going to come. It’s okay.” “How many people would quit right now? That’s the first thing I think about. Then I keep going. I’m like, okay, I’m not going to let this drop me off and keep me away from what I’m doing.”

Hey, @TheOldMerIsDead, does this look like the conversation of two people who are "cheating"? No. It shows exactly what it is: a normal conversation between friends. You'll undoubtedly ask what he was lying to me about, so let me clear that up, as well as why I felt used: I felt like I was just a sounding board all year after he said “I want to be very clear, Meredith O’Neil has done nothing wrong" during one of his presentations. He was always asking me for advice, constantly telling me I give great advice and I was ticked that I spent my time seemingly helping him resolve issues, only for him to go against the advice he agreed with whilst I watched things blow up in his face. It was annoying. Anyway, the reason Aidan Kearney told you I was "just a fan" back in May when you saw my name come up on his phone (no message, just my name), was because he KNEW how you would act if he told you I was “just a friend." You wouldn't have believed him. You apparently didn’t believe I was just a fan either because within a days/few days(?) you sent me a friend request on Facebook so you could creep my profile. I, personally, cannot say this, but I believe plenty of other people have said that you'd get visibly upset when fans would approach Aidan in public so GOD FORBID he have a trusted female friend to talk to while he’s going through heavy shit and his girlfriend is complaining about how she’s not a priority the week of his mother‘s funeral. I've been here, doll, and I’ve given him great advice all year long. I hate to say this, but you’re the kind of woman whose boyfriend HAS to hide females who are just friends because of your wildly insecure nature. You went as far hacking into your last boyfriend’s email to decline a job offer so he couldn’t move away from you. Something is not right with you. ..but to go even further and later send a compromising video of him to his boss so his employment would be revoked? That is very likely clinically diagnosable. You really pulled alllllll this bullshit just because your boyfriend had a female friend who sent him a text message in May and you saw ONE inappropriate message from me in June—while you two were broken up. You need help. Actual help. Log off and get some rest, doll.

Wooyoung’s message to Hongjoong: 🐈‍⬛ The way you’re always growing and becoming cooler and cooler - I feel so, so proud that you’re part of our team. You really make me think, “Ah, he is the biggest treasure of our team.” 🐿️ I’m confused now~ 🐈‍⬛ We’ve been preparing a lot together for this concert, and first of all, I just want to say you worked really hard. And in “Wake Up” (최면), if you look at your rap… 🐿️ Ah~ I think I know who this is… I can totally tell. 🐈‍⬛ There’s this killer rap part in there, and I think ATINY are really going to love it. 🐿️ The way he’s talking… feels kinda familiar! 🐈‍⬛ I think this concert will really show off your dancing too, so please prepare well and don’t get hurt. 🐿️ Huh..? What’s going on… 🐈‍⬛ I hope you can show ATINY a great side of you. 🐿️ Ah, this is confusing. 🐈‍⬛ Ah… 🐿️ Ah? 🐈‍⬛ I’m sure it’s mentally draining with so much to learn, but take care of your mental state, okay? 🐿️ That’s definitely it - especially that last part. Even with the voice disguised, I can hear it. Ah, Jung Wooyoung, this is definitely… 🐈‍⬛ Don’t get sick! Don’t go around all day holding your stomach going “Arghhh”- do well, okay? ♡ 🐿️ Now I get why he kept going “Arghhh.” Yeah, this is totally Jung Wooyoung. Q: At which point did you realize who it was? 🐿️ It was when “Wake Up” got mentioned- because Wooyoung had said he wanted to hear a fast rap, and that’s why I wrote that rap for “Wake Up”. Also, there was this one day I was really sick while we were preparing for the concert, and Wooyoung stayed by my side and really looked after me. Hongjoong’s message to Wooyoung: 🐿️ Wooyoung-ah, even though you don’t show it, you always take care of me in your own way. And when I get all stiff or too serious, you joke around with me and loosen me up - thank you for that. Please keep looking after me in the future too. Fighting~! video cr. cozy_az

Milton Friedman held up a 10-cent pencil in 1980 and said 0 people on Earth could make it. Not 0 people in the room. 0 people alive. The wood came from a tree in Washington, and to cut that tree you need a saw, and to make the saw you need steel, and to make the steel you need iron ore pulled out of the ground by men who will never see a pencil factory. The graphite came from a mine somewhere in South America, the eraser from Malaya, off rubber trees that aren’t even native to Malaya traders hauled those seeds over from Brazil with help from the British government, and then came the brass, the yellow paint, the black lines, the glue. 4 times on camera he says a version of the same line: I don’t know where this part comes from. He isn’t hedging, he’s setting the trap. Thousands of people made that pencil across 4 continents, speaking different languages, praying to different gods, and some of them would hate each other on sight if they ever met but not one of them woke up that morning wanting to make a pencil. No ministry assigned them, no central office sent orders, and nobody holds the blueprint because the blueprint doesn’t exist. You walk into a store and trade 2 minutes of your own life for a few seconds from thousands of strangers who will never know your name, and price is the only thing that arranged it. Friedman didn’t invent the argument he lifted it from a 1958 essay called “I, Pencil,” written by Leonard Read in the voice of the pencil itself, and his only edit was to pick the thing up and hold it in his hand. That’s the whole move: an abstraction shrunk down to 7 inches of wood. 46 years later the clip still travels because it never argues with you. It just hands you a pencil and waits.
