How f*cking dumb does ICE have to be to try to enter a foreign consulate? ICE agents apparently needed a consular staffer to explain the Vienna Convention to them at the door. If ICE agents do not understand that they cannot just barge into a foreign consulate without permission, maybe they should start using too. 🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in New York illegally surrounded two cars and demanded the people inside prove their citizenship. Community members showed up and immediately started asking the questions ICE never wants asked on camera: “Do you have a warrant?” The agents claimed they did. You can hear the man crying out in pain in the background. She tells ICE they can call an ambulance for him, but they need to leave the property. And she doesn’t back down. Eventually, an ambulance and stretcher arrive. Being an ICE agent does not mean you get to ignore the Constitution. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. And that protection applies to everyone in the United States…regardless of immigration status. ICE cannot walk onto private property because they have badges and guns. They need consent, a proper warrant, or a legally recognized exception to enter private areas for enforcement purposes. And if the property manager is telling you to leave, and you don’t have legal authority to remain there, you don’t get to just argue your way into staying. Then there is the person we can literally hear crying in pain. If ICE agents hit someone with a vehicle, we deserve answers. Imagine having orders to arrest someone and all you face from every angle are out of control mobsters screaming hate and threats while you are just trying to do your job. Seriously. Could you face going into your office tomorrow and being faced with hostility as you just tried to do what your bosses told you to do? An ICE Agent purportedly shot someone amidst an arrest detail. All I can say is, ICE agents are hunted. Full stop. So if you want to know at least part of the reason shots were fired, look at the atmosphere they are trying to do their jobs in. If you plan on being caretakers of your parents or siblings, have them put their home and assets in a trust. They will qualify for Medicaid services after five years of showing minimal income. Medicaid would then in turn pay you to care for them. Now Caretaking is an overwhelming task and many are not built for it so if that's you still have them put the home in a trust and the assets to qualify for Medicaid...they will pay for whomever you choose to care for them. For end of life care..your parents should own nothing and have no assets that are not in a protected trust.

Watch the video. You hear them scream “We have a warrant!” and then immediately smash the door in. No pause. No paperwork. No judge issued warrant. And here’s the part they don’t want you to understand: If you don’t have a judicial warrant, you do not get to enter a home. If you don’t have a no-knock warrant, you do not get to kick a door in. They had neither. Then you see the inside footage. A woman, in her own home, surrounded by armed men, asks a very simple question: “Where’s the warrant? Show me the warrant.
