We asked if the advice given in this video was correct. PAXIS SAYS 🚨 KNOW THIS: ICE cannot legally enter private property (like a construction site) without a judicial warrant signed by a judge. 🚧 A gate left open does not waive your rights. Yet agents sometimes enter anyway....

ICE was holding a 5 year old autistic child on the street as bait to get a mother to leave her house. This is how responds - help fund it here: and get it into the hands of millions of immigrants and allies. ⸻ IF ICE IS OUTSIDE AND HAS YOUR CHILD: DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. 1. Do not go outside. ICE is baiting you. Your child being outside does not change your rights. If you step out, they may try to detain you. Stay inside. Your child is protected by constitutional rights. 2. Do not call the police unless your child is in immediate physical danger. Most police will not intervene and may cooperate with ICE. Call only if your child’s safety is at risk — not for immigration issues. 3. Do not open your door. ICE cannot legally enter your home without a judicial warrant signed by a judge. Ask to see it through the window or door. An administrative warrant (signed by ICE) does not give them legal entry. 4. Call an immigration lawyer or rapid response legal hotline immediately. If you don’t have one, I can help you find one based on your location. 5. Document everything. If safe, record video or audio through the window or door. Clearly say: “I do not consent to a search.” 6. Do not answer questions. You have the right to remain silent. Do not discuss your immigration status. Do not sign anything. 7. Get a witness if possible. Call a trusted neighbor, friend, or community group to observe and document. 8. Repeat clearly: “I do not consent to entry.” “I want to speak to a lawyer.” “I am not opening the door.” ⸻ Would you like me to look up a hotline or legal defender in your area now?

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in New York illegally surrounded two cars and demanded the people inside prove their citizenship. Community members showed up and immediately started asking the questions ICE never wants asked on camera: “Do you have a warrant?” The agents claimed they did. But when people asked to actually SEE the warrant… they refused. Because they didn’t have one. That’s the constitutional violation right there. In the United States, federal agents cannot legally detain people, block their vehicles in, and demand proof of citizenship without lawful justification. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. You don’t lose those rights because ICE decides to profile you. And unless agents have a judicial warrant signed by a judge, or actual legal probable cause tied to a crime, they cannot just trap people in their cars fishing for immigration status. ICE keeps counting on intimidation instead of law. They surround cars with multiple agents, act aggressive, throw around words like “warrant,” and hope people are too scared to question them. But the second community members demanded proof, the whole thing fell apart. Both cars were eventually released… because ICE never had the legal right to stop them in the first place. This is exactly why people recording matters. This is exactly why communities showing up matters. And this is exactly why constitutional rights matter… especially when federal agents are acting like they don’t apply to them anymore.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents tried to tell a building manager that a locked apartment building is not private property, in Minneapolis. In the video, the building manager asks a very simple question: Do you have a judicial warrant? The agent’s response? “This is not private property.” Which is a wild thing to say while standing outside a locked residential building you’re trying to get into. He keeps insisting she’s wrong. She doesn’t budge. She finally says, “You aren’t going to get in. I’m not opening the door without a warrant.” Another agent then asks if she can tell him whether the person on his phone is inside. She says, “No.” He then responds, “Can’t tell me that either? Want to keep your criminals in your building?” And she shuts that down by saying, “I want to keep my residents safe.” Which is the exact opposite of what ICE was doing. Because trying to pressure your way into private property, without a judicial warrant, is fishing. It’s hoping someone doesn’t know their rights. And do you know what they hope you don’t realize? If this person was actually some dangerous “worst of the worst” criminal, they love talking about, getting a judge to sign a warrant would be the easiest part of their day. Instead, they show up with no warrant, no legal authority to enter, and try to lie their way inside. Because ICE agents are gambling on the idea that regular people will be too scared to say no. And that’s why they continue to use threats and violence, while claiming that anyone with a pending immigration case is a criminal. This manager saw through that. Which is exactly why the Constitution only works when someone is willing to demand it be upheld. No warrant. No entry.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol just blatantly violated the constitution and illegally stormed a family home in Minneapolis… Kicked the door in, guns drawn, tased multiple U.S. citizens, with children inside, WITHOUT a judicial warrant AND WITHOUT a no-knock warrant. Watch the video. You hear them scream “We have a warrant!” and then immediately smash the door in. No pause. No paperwork. No judge issued warrant. And here’s the part they don’t want you to understand: If you don’t have a judicial warrant, you do not get to enter a home. If you don’t have a no-knock warrant, you do not get to kick a door in. They had neither. Then you see the inside footage. A woman, in her own home, surrounded by armed men, asks a very simple question: “Where’s the warrant? Show me the warrant. There are kids in this house. Put the guns down.” She asks again: “Where is the warrant?” The agent says, “We’re getting it.” Then says he doesn’t have to show it. So let’s be clear: They admit they don’t have the warrant, but they enter anyway, rifles up, adrenaline high, kids watching. They grab a man. Still no warrant. They order the woman to “back up”… inside her own house… while they are illegally trespassing. When she doesn’t comply fast enough, he shoves her. That is assault. In the background, another woman is tased for hugging the man they’re trying to take. Not attacking. Not armed. Just holding onto someone she cares about. Still. No warrant. Then the woman filming has a taser aimed directly at her. She’s standing in a doorway, asking… again… for the warrant they keep lying about. An agent fires the taser at her. At a woman. Inside her own home. For asking for a warrant. Only after they’ve shoved people, after they’ve tased multiple U.S. citizens, after they’ve terrorized children, do they finally hold something up. And what is it? An administrative warrant. Not signed by a judge. Not legal authority to enter a home. Not permission to kick in a door. Not permission to point guns at kids. Not permission to tase U.S. citizens. This wasn’t a mistake. This wasn’t confusion. This was federal agents knowingly violating the Constitution, because they think no one will stop them. If this can happen to them, it can happen to anyone. And the question isn’t if this will happen again. The question is how many more homes are they going to break into before someone is killed?

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally smashed through the glass door of a locked auto body shop, without a warrant, to detain the shop owner and an employee, in West Valley City, Utah. Yes, agents are violating the Constitution all over the country, not just in Minnesota. In the video, two agents are already standing inside the body shop when the owner’s wife asks them the most basic, constitutionally required question, “Do you have a warrant?” …after they broke in. They illegally ignore her request and instead tell HER to stay back. She continues demanding to see a warrant. And then they say the quiet part out loud: “We don’t need one.” They absolutely do, which is exactly what she tells them. They continue ignoring her, after illegally breaking into a locked, private business, while ordering her to back up inside her own workplace. The agents then begin questioning the shop owner and an employee, despite not knowing their status, and having zero probable cause. She tells them, “My lawyer is coming, do you want to get sued?” And the agents laugh. Sit with that. Border Patrol agents force entry into a private business, without a warrant, and laugh about accountability. The agents admit on camera that they broke the glass door to enter the private property. She says that’s why you had to break in… “Because you don’t have a warrant!” And the agent says again: “It’s because we don’t need one.” They detain the shop owner and an employee anyway, after breaking in, without a warrant… despite both men having no criminal records. This is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation. A locked business is private property… where a warrant is not optional. If this is tolerated, it sets the precedent that federal agents can smash their way into ANY business, detain whoever they want, and disappear them. That is not law enforcement. That is an open assault on constitutional rights.
