yunho said he tried his spiderman suit yesterday. his parents helped him put it on and they complimented it a lot. he said that it's totally 'his' suit (custom-made to perfection), that it fits well, and that it's something like you see in a movie. he took mirror selfies and regular shots and it really just looks like it was made for him. his mom and dad were like "wow, the quality is amazing. wow, it suits you well ... you really look like you'd appear in a movie." he said it's similar to andrew garfield's fit and that he wants to show us but he'll do so when he's styled up. he'll pick a day and ask someone to take the pictures for him because the ones he have now were all taken at his family's house. he said we should look forward to it because it's THAT good. someone commented that he should show us the very first picture he took and he said okay. he said it's honestly cool enough to wear during his birthday live but he'll reveal it through pictures first so when it gets posted, we should check it out right away ~ that he was surprised because it suits him better than he expected. he then said that that was the first time his parents saw him in something so form-fitting. they were like "huh? our kid's body looks like this? it's this good?" and hearing that made him feel good. the suit is really tight/fitted. like a total (superhero) suit. since he's grown now, it's not like he walks around their house naked and stuff like he did when he was little so hearing his parents say "our son has a really nice shape/physique" gave him a confidence boost. someone asked if it's super tight and he said it's really just like the ones you see in movies. so he'll take some pictures and show us ~

And when we were doing the whole tip ball and they were switching spots, I wanted to get on the other side because they had a guy on the other side, was just trying to keep an advantage. John Lynch explains why the 49ers didn't address the offensive line earlier than the 7th round of the draft: "We we're able to do that with Connor Colby, but there were a number of times that we were interested in adding and it just didn't come our way. And you’ve gotta stay true to where you have guys graded, not take guys just to take them but to take guys that you're interested in at that point. And it just never really aligned. We were happy to add Colby. We think he's a really good scheme fit. Great thing about Iowa is they run a very similar, they run a lot of outside zones, so you get to see a guy like him do things that we do and he does them well. So, we’re happy to add that. But there were a number of times Kyle and I were talking about that at the end that just didn't align, one of those deals and you don't want to force things. So, it wasn't our time for that."

Denzel Washington’s epic monologue towards the end of Training Day was largely improvised on set. Director Antoine Fuqua was so blown away by his performance, he says he thinks he "forgot to yell cut”. He explains… “That’s Denzel. He was just in his zone. I mean, that was one of those moment...people talk about AI. Those are the moments where you go...it's a great tool. It's gonna be a great tool, I think...but the emotion, and the moment that an actor can bring - you can't predict that. That's something that's just inside of Denzel. And when that came out, I was just like - I hope I got it. I just turned to my operator - who was shaking- I looked over at the guy - I was like, “please tell me you got that.” Because that was the take. That was it. There was no other take - I mean, how do you tell an actor like that, that that wasn't good enough? …He walked over to me, and he just had this look in his eyes. I was like, “you good?” He said, “you good?” I said, “Yeah…” Some of that was in the script, but he flipped it the way he did it. "Putting cases on all you." He kind of added some things in there. And then he just went into a whole other zone with the whole King Kong thing- with Pelican Bay - Denzel started that. That was Denzel. That was him, man. He just kind of lit up, and I think I forgot to yell cut. I was just watching it, because everybody started walking away, and I'm just watching him, and then he lights a cigarette - and he's talking - and I'm just watching him. What he does is he grabs the back of his head and he just starts tugging on it. The idea was he would pull it as far as he could, and then we would take over stretching the image, making it appear to be distorting in a way that it physically couldn’t. Then basically when I shot Vince I just kept urging him to pull harder, and harder, and harder until finally the final take he just pulled it until the makeup just ripped. Rory MacDonald believes it's best that he didn't win the iconic fight against Robbie Lawler at UFC 189: "The [UFC] invited me [to the Hall of Fame induction]... It was right after I retired and I was being a bit of a baby. I felt like a loser at that point, I lost that fight. What am I gonna go accept an award for losing a fight? It was a great lesson and taught me so much about myself. I don't have any bad feelings at all, and I'm glad it came out the way it did. I think it was meant to be that I didn't win that fight. I don't think it would have been any good for me with where I was at my life at that point to carry that."

I didn't get to talk to him, but I didn't get to, you know, know who he was. But it seemed like he suggested that somebody went up and started shooting at the National Guard."
