Hey Brendan... How often do you have your guys do broad jumps and triple broad jumps?

Generally 1-2x/wk we will do some form of broad jumps and/or horizontal plyos with a large emphasis on displacement. Wouldn’t generally give these to a younger athlete though. Might be good to start with something like jump rope, jumping over small wickets, pogos, etc.
