1968, small town in Oklahoma. Sacred Heart Catholic school Booker T. Washington school were both closed down. Walking into an all-white school was one of the loneliest and scary day in the lives of many young Catholic and black children. I'll not ever forget this.

And the President of the United States had to send federal marshals to escort a little Black girl into an elementary school because racist mobs were screaming they didn’t want integration. People waved Confederate flags. Adults screamed at a child. Parents pulled white kids out of school just because she walked through the door. That is not ancient history. That happened in America within a lifetime. Ruby Bridges said she didn’t even know what the word “integrate” meant. She was just trying to go to school.

I hear literally nothing but facts “If systemic racism exists now, the 2 groups that it's against are white people and Asians. It's not happening to Black people” “Being Black in America in 2026 is one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. Jobs have diversity quotas, affirmative action in college — There's so much bending over backwards for the Black community and for the feelings of Black people. And during campaigns, it's all about how can we cater to the Black community. You are privileged to be Black in America now. NEW: The man who stabbed a 6-year-old to death and was released from prison early has been re-arrested in Florida near an elementary school. Ronald Exantus was convicted in 2015 after stabbing Logan Tipton so hard in the head with a butcher's knife that the knife bent. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Exantus near Sunrise Elementary School for failing to register as a felon, as required by Florida law. Exantus was discovered living in a home adjacent to the elementary school and blocks from another school. He failed to register as a felon within 48 hours. "I am proud of the quick response by my deputies and the inter-agency teamwork that helped locate and arrest this disgusting individual," said Sheriff Woods. "The fact that he was living right next to an elementary school is even more repulsive.
