Yorùbá elders who possess genuine knowledge of traditional medicine should make deliberate efforts to pass that knowledge on to the younger generation before it is lost. This is a call to preserve indigenous scientific and medicinal knowledge, not a call to idolatry or religious syncretism. Every beneficial knowledge that promotes human well-being and does not contradict the Sharīʿah deserves to be preserved and developed. Today, counterfeit and adulterated foods, drinks, medicines, and other consumables have become a serious threat to public health. Too many people are driven solely by the pursuit of wealth, with little regard for the lives they endanger. The result is the spread of preventable diseases and the needless loss of lives. Muslims, in particular, must never be found among those who deceive, adulterate products, or profit from the suffering of others, for such acts are categorically forbidden in Islam. As Nigerians, we all share the responsibility of building a just, healthy, and trustworthy society. If we seek the pleasure and blessings of Allah upon our nation, we must be truthful, compassionate, and fair in all our dealings. We have to move forward, not as individuals but as one united nation, determined to rewrite our story for the generations to come. To quote a section of my speech that speaks to our outlook for the future of our great nation, Nigeria, “The time for lamentation is over. This is a time to act. A time to support and promote greater investment in the private sector. Over the years we have set up about 20 labs and counting across various regions in Ghana for both private and public institutions. As software and digital literacy is on the rise in Ghana we owe it to the economy to also contribute to hardware technology creation and knowledge acquisition of the same. *Our commitment to contribute to this is seen in our model labs and our locally designed and manufactured education technologies and STEM products* We believe that these labs and makerspace are a critical infrastructure for the advancement of tech and robotics knowledge acquisition and adoption of the same in Ghana. Spiritual and physical maladies thrive on one another; they feed on one another. Our overall wellness must begin with a spiritual question: how do we relate to ourselves, to each other, to our communities, and to the planet?” “Vested interests and malignant political actors profit and flourish when we are atomized and fragmented and uncertain, when we can be easily propagandized, when we live in fear and helplessness and victimization. These forces prefer to have us in terror and anxiety, which disable our capacity for critical thinking and make us more compliant and more credulous. They want us hiding from ourselves, to avoid our own shadows, and dulling our pain and loneliness through sedation and distraction. Yet inside of us, we know that love and self-knowledge are the only true paths to good health. At this critical moment in history, as Ethiopia prepares for its historic and momentous National Dialogue, I have an important and solemn appeal to all my fellow Ethiopians. The beginning of tomorrow’s dialogue process is not merely an ordinary political forum. It is also the beginning of a new chapter in our history and one that will determine the destiny of both our generation and those to come, as well as our shared hopes for the future. To all of you who are committed to securing lasting peace, stability, and comprehensive prosperity for our country, and who care deeply about Ethiopia’s greatness: the opportunity is here, and the time is now. Just as our forefathers and foremothers fought at the Battle of Adwa with their blood and their lives for the freedom, sovereignty, and honor of our nation, today Ethiopia once again calls upon her sons and daughters who are ready to shoulder the responsibility entrusted to them by history. Yet in this moment, our country does not seek those who bear rifles. Rather, it seeks champions of peace and people equipped with maturity of thought, truth, knowledge, and steadfast determination. Today, as in the past, we stand on the eve of the beginning of a great victory, because the triumph of Ethiopia and her peoples is inevitable. Through civilized discourse, peaceful dialogue, and national consensus, we will overcome all the challenges before us and, together, advance toward prosperity.

I hereby announce my resignation as Spokesperson and my withdrawal of membership from Puntland First. My time in Puntland has been a period of meaningful reflection and growth. Through this journey, I have come to a deeper understanding,Puntland is not a separate entity, nor does it pursue a path toward independence. It was never meant to stand apart, but rather to play a leading role in the reconstruction of Somalia anchored in unity, good governance, and national leadership. To truly achieve our shared aspirations—peace, stability, and progress—we must move forward together as one united Somalia 🇸🇴. The future we seek cannot be realised through division. It demands collective effort, national solidarity, and a renewed commitment to building a country that serves all its citizens. As seen in this video, where the Puntland and Somalia flags fly side by side, we are reminded that our identity is shared, our future is intertwined, and our strength lies in unity. Puntland was established to stand with Somalia not apart from it. This decision is not a step away from purpose, but a return to the founding principles that shaped Puntland’s vision a Somalia that is united, inclusive, and strong. My heart goes out to Charlie Kirk's family. This is a tragic shooting and from all appearances, it is an act of political violence. Political violence is on the rise and it is a sign of crisis and weakness in a democracy. I condemn all forms of political violence. We all must take responsibility for working to end it, to secure our democracy and to promote peace and strength in our nation and beyond.
