Today, we complete Circle’s stack with the launch of our own website builder. A quick backstory: When we started Circle, my co-founders Rudy, Andy, and I would often talk about how most websites for creators and digital products felt disconnected from what they actually sold. Visitors might land on...

This year, more than 12 million people chose to spend their time in Circle communities. As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about the special moments happening in our communities every day for those millions of people. While other platforms are built to keep people scrolling, our communities help people learn new skills, take new directions, and create meaningful change for themselves and others. Far from mindless engagement, Circle communities are about enabling personal and professional transformations. It's easy to forget that every transformation is a life changing event. For some, this could be a new career or a business, and for others it's a new lifestyle. Not many in the world get to claim something as good and grand as their vocation, but we do. We also believe in our heart that making money, impact, and meaning shouldn’t be a trade-off. We think there’s a way for every creator, entrepreneur, and business to achieve all three, and to stop for nothing less. Once you’ve truly achieved it, you get to jump out of bed every morning with insatiable passion, purpose, and desire to build something beautiful for the world. Like I do every day! On that note, I made a short video reflecting on this theme and our most notable releases this year. A TL;DR of our major releases this year 🤯 - AI Agents - AI Workflows - AI Copilot - AI Summaries - Desktop App - Website Builder - Custom App Builder - Visual Email Builder - Push Notifications Builder - Circle Connect - Video Player Redesign - Live Redesign - Voice Notes In addition to those major releases, we shipped 200+ minor improvements and design updates. THE TEAM TRULY GAVE IT THEIR ALL! As we wrap up the year, I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to every Circle team member and customer for being on this ride with us, and for the incredible effort you put in. You should be super proud. Circle is in the business of transformation. Every year, it gets a little less lonely to be building a company with transformation at the core, because people are finally starting to get it. The world needs us now more than ever. And thanks to reaching profitability this year, Circle will soon be hiring for 50+ roles across the company, with the majority of these in our engineering and design teams, solely focused on making our product better. Thank you ❤️ See you in 2026!

I’d like to introduce you to Thumbnail Academy, the only platform built to help creators design thumbnails that actually get clicks and views Enrollment is open right now I’ve partnered with Dill and ant Together we’ve spent over a decade designing thumbnails for some of the biggest YouTubers on the planet Across billions of views, we’ve learned exactly what makes people click Now we’ve turned everything we know into a system that any creator can use to master thumbnails Until now, creators paid $500+ for a single thumbnail or a one-hour consult We wanted to build something better. Something that helps creators grow from every angle: • Interactive lessons, templates, AI tools, and weekly live coaching calls • Learn how to craft ideas that spark curiosity and pull people in • Master thumbnail psychology and design faster with AI • Understand exactly what drives clicks and how to do it again and again • No fluff. Just the systems behind billions of views. But Thumbnail Academy isn’t just a course It’s also a community built where you’ll connect with other creators, share wins, post your work for feedback, and grow together Inside, you’ll find spaces for learning, inspiration, and collaboration, and for the Pro Tier: live weekly calls where we workshop thumbnails, share AI tools, and help you level up in real time This is the complete blueprint we use every day for the world’s top creators Every lesson, every example, every bit of feedback is built to help you create scroll-stopping thumbnails that actually grow your channel Enrollment closes this Friday After that, the Founders Price is gone for good, and we’ll shift focus to helping the first wave of creators inside If you’ve ever felt frustrated that your video didn’t get the clicks it deserved, this is your chance to fix that for good Join Thumbnail Academy today Your thumbnails, and your channel, will never be the same With love, David (link to Thumbnail Academy on next post!!!)

Today marks the biggest launch in ClickUp's history. This isn’t just a product release, it’s the beginning of a new era of ClickUp. An era defined by craft, quality, and convergence. When we first launched ClickUp, the bar for product quality and experience was really low. We exceeded (and raised) that bar. Over time though, the bar was raised further. As the product founder, of course this bothered me, but the business founder side of me knew that our strategy was the right one. We built massive convergence platform primitives as fast as possible, and knew we would make the experience perfect one day. 4.0 is the first day in our new journey. ClickUp 4.0 is flawlessly crafted; we obsessed over every detail. We introduced a mandate called "zero core flow defects", ensuring quality is required. It’s true convergence: your people, projects, conversations, and AI agents all live in harmony together. 4.0 provides 100% context, which is critical for AI Agents and humans alike. To our customers and community: thank you for believing in us. This is just the beginning of our obsession with your happiness and productivity. To our teams: thank you for pouring your heart and souls into this. We really screwed up our 3.0 launch years ago. We announced it, but then had many months of delays. We learned from that, so now we're doing things differently. ClickUp 4.0 is available TODAY, for EVERYONE. PS. Comment “4.0” below and we’ll drop $50 of ClickUp credits into your account to help you experience it fully. Limiting to first 50.

AI legal startups are a thing in 2024. But as Ironclad’s Jason Boehmig puts it, “nobody was trying to buy an AI legal assistant back in 2015.” Ironclad has one of the most interesting and underexplored stories out there IMO. As we were developing First Round's PMF Method, we learned so much from their journey — super grateful Jason took the time to share his insights for other builders. 🙏 Here were a few of my takeaways: 🔬 Zoom in to find focus “It was actually fairly easy to sign up early customers — what was difficult was finding a product that could address that market. That took us several years of iteration. We had to try to figure out what pieces we could peel off into a repeatable, discrete software product. We quickly realized the really interesting part of the problem was in repeatable business transactions — sales agreements, employment agreements, NDAs licensing agreements, partnership agreements. A lot of our competitors tried to do everything that corporate legal teams do. But we were only doing the contract part.” 📣 Expand an existing category (with an existing buying cycle) But the initial AI legal assistant positioning wasn’t resonating. I’ve talked to 100s of founders about PMF and the story of how Ironclad got unstuck is one of the wildest ones I’ve heard. “100% of the time I had to explain what an AI legal assistant was. We had a [email protected] email on our site. One day I got a one-liner message that said, ‘Hello, are you a CLM?’ I was so close to hitting archive, but it was from someone at a publicly traded company. But what was a CLM? Turns out it’s a Contract Lifecycle Management platform that helps enterprise companies create and manage their legal contracts. By that definition, we were. So of course I wrote back, ‘Yes, we are definitely a CLM, we would love to come demo our CLM for you.’ But while we were really great at creating contracts with our AI legal assistant product, we hadn't put a lot of thought into how you deal with contracts afterwards, with a feature called a repository. And so we had set up this demo with the legal team from this publicly traded company, and I turned to my co-founder Cai, and said, ‘By the way, we have 3 hours to build a repository.’ We took the train from SF to San Jose and he built the first version of a repository, which we demoed live at the end of the train ride. This customer was in a CLM evaluation cycle that had 12 other solutions in it, but they loved the demo. So we went and actually built the full product, and we won. And after that, of course, we changed our messaging. We got serious about building CLM functionality and that's our flagship product to this day. There were lots of people out there trying to buy a CLM so we just got to participate in a lot of buying cycles, but with the AI legal assistant buying cycle, we had to create every one of those.” 👥 Artificially constrain the buyer and build community early “One of the things that we did which was really helpful in hindsight was we artificially constrained the buyer we were going after. Once we decided to make the shift to enterprise, instead of trying to address the whole US market or the whole global market, we decided we only cared about being the number one CLM in SoMa. We got a list of every company that could use the CLM in SoMa and got intros to them — it just provided a ton of focus for us. It's how we also stumbled into doing community. We would host these community dinners and if you were a general counsel of a company based in SoMa, you probably knew other people that were coming to them. We just started to get this buzz of ‘Are you going to the Ironclad thing tonight?’ There's a ton of value if you can discover a part of the organization that no one cares about, and connect that part of the organization to a larger business problem.” 📚 Founder-led sales is learnable I was impressed to learn that Jason still sends cold outreach himself to this day. But founder-led sales didn’t come naturally. “A misconception I had about early-stage startups was that the cartoon character salesperson who's slapping everyone on the back and is a total extrovert is the best salesperson. And it's actually the person who's almost like an engineer in their mindset — super methodical, sends great follow ups, could be very shy. It's a very learnable skill.”

Great updates today. It has been sad the level of attacks and attempts to be-little what ProffittHarsad Community and dev Team had built and had to endure in order to contribute a solution and a product for everyone. We do use Jupiter quote APIs and Jupiter on-chain Routers. Right now they are the ONLY Transmission/Engines available on chain for us to build the Experience for our users while we build in the coming (weeks) our Engine and own Transmission. Lamborghini is not bad cause it used other manufacturers parts while learning how to build the best for their needs. Red Bull Is not a CAR manufacturer, so you can still add value on top of Engine/Transmissions. Its called "PURPOSE & GOALS" We love Jupiter - We do integrate a lot of their amazing open-source APIs in order to make our aggregation experience smooth. We do not iFRAME Jupiter Front End or Websites. There is no shame on this and its intended for the construction of new products and solutions. We also love @heliuslabs as they serve our RPC calls and demands. We also love Amazon Web Services for providing us the Cloud service we need. We also love Solana for the amazing blockchain we all can use. We also love Tensor ⚡️ cause they were one of my inspirations on making the choice to give it a try and Lead this attempt. We love Uniswap 1inch PancakeSwap For showing the WORLD we all could swap in freedom and peace. We are currently building our Front End/Backend Experience, using our servers, our RPCs, our own code to make this happen. We charge a Fee as intended in our ethos for the experience and service we provide. We will continue to improve the experience tailored for our Community and users. We are not interested in Feuds or Comparative battles based on ill intentions. The next stage for is integrate our own Router and wrapper, not cause Jupiter has bad code or solutions, just because we would love to be independent and build our own journey. I have been an avid user of Jupiter for almost 3 years, traded over 8 M USD across all my accounts. Nothing but respects for what they've achieved. Spiderswap is here to build an aggregation solution for everyone. So as someone said "Something like Jupiter but more Community owned". We believe there is a place in which Jupiter and ProffittHarsad can coexist and add value to each other. I personally thank many others for behind scenes support, candor and wisdom. Thanks for helping! With love and Amity! - There is no big vs little. Its just one that already has built and another who started 70 days ago. Itsy Bitsy... 🕷️🤍🕸️

So yeah, after watching it yesterday for the 5th #ChristmasDay in a row, there is no denial: Patty Jenkins’s #WonderWoman1984 became my Post-Covid #Christmas movie staple. I think I’ll never forget the preview night when it came out, with the film in theatres during just a short evening, because of the announcement that, from that night or, depending on the city, on the following day which was supposed to be its opening day, all theatres would be closed for the following 6 months in the U.K. The rush to get to the nearest theatre still open that evening when the lockdown announcement came, we had to go all the way from London to Maidenhead to be able to watch it on that THU, as the preview screenings that evening in London were being canceled… I was so excited for that film for over 2 years, and somehow I knew that would be the one and only opportunity to see it in theatres. And I was so damn right! I think I never understood, till that point, how much movies, movie theatres and the moviegoing experience were important to me. They’ve always been there as part of my life, I’ve always taken them for granted. Until, all of sudden, they weren’t. And for a moment, #WW84 would be the last blockbuster we would see in a movie theatre, for a long while. That day for me was like our last, desperate way to hold on to the old normal pre-Covid. And in a way, in my mind, I was saying good bye to those Pre-Covid times without even knowing it. When theatres reopened again, 6 months later, things never got back to where they were. On top of a period already challenging as it as, my mother passed away within that bleak period, 2 weeks before theatres reopened. While some say ironically or mockingly that we went through a Great Reset, to me it was a literal reset. A forced one I was never consulted about nor agreed with. But life goes on, and we had to move on with it - but never losing that hope deep inside that, one day, we would have that life pre-Covid back. And that’s how #WonderWoman1984 deeply connected with me, I believe even more on the following Christmas in 2021, when things got scarily more relatable after that tough year. The film had all the messages I needed just on the right time. All the social unrest, forced division and global turmoil that followed from 2021 onwards, mixed with that longing desire to have back a life and the people that I would never have again, it felt like that film was predicting what we were about to go through in the following years, while offering its perspective on how to - and how not to - deal with most of these phantoms. And every time I rewatch it, I appreciate it a bit more. All those beautiful, powerful messages still stand and they feel even more meaningful now than they already were back in DEC 2020. They remind me of what we used to be as society, but also remind me of what we still can be, depending on the path we decide to take. And I know, I know - on this app, that movie means different things for different people, or even it might be the case it feels meaningless for some. I totally understand, respect and appreciate the diversity of opinions around it, and I see where they are coming from. I’ll never fight about your own views about the movie or your experience with it. That’s the magic of the movies after all, resonate differently with different people, as a collective but diverse experience. But to me it has a deeper meaning, and I love revisiting it time and time again. Until next Christmas!

Labour's Bev Craig is the new Mayor for Greater Manchester Bev Craig - good luck! "I never believed as a girl growing up in a council estate that one day I would have the chance to stand for the place that I love, the place in this world that I'm proud to call home, and to offer my service to make our city region better." "Because Greater Manchester is special. We talk a lot about our history. We talk about the role that we've played from the birth of the Industrial Revolution to the trade union movement and Peterloo. From the suffragettes through to modern inventions and splitting the atom and the invention of the modern computer." "We've changed the world in many ways in the past, but Greater Manchester's potential lies in its future. And when Westminster walked away from us, when we were struggling as a deindustrialized city region, it was the people in this place that began the journey to rebuild." "And people often ask me, what is it that I feel makes Greater Manchester so special? And it's our people and our communities. And during this campaign, I've got to see that firsthand in every single corner of this city region." "In every pride, village, town, and both our cities, I find fantastic people doing incredible things against the odds every single day. Rejecting the politics of hate, but standing with their neighbors, looking out for each other." "The spirit of a place that their neighbors will give their final pound in their pocket to help their struggling friend do the right thing. But for too many people across our region, life is simply too hard. The generational belief that we had that if you work hard and you did the right thing, then your life would be better, and the life of your kids would be better, is something that many people just don't feel at the minute." "And that is the challenge that we in politics have to face up to. And it's why I set myself a simple test, and I make that commitment to you today, that every single decision I take as your mayor of Greater Manchester will pass the test of making your life better." "It will put more money in your pocket, and that was one of the reasons that my first pledge was around free buses for eleven to eighteen year olds to put five hundred quid in the pockets of families and give a message to our young people that they could be anything they wanted to be and go anywhere they wanted to go." "That everyone in our city region deserves a good quality home that they can afford in a safe neighborhood, and that everyone has to feel the benefits and successes of growth. You have to feel it in your pocket with good jobs in every corner of our city region, and you've got to see it on your high streets and when you walk out your front door, restoring pride into our, our high streets and town centers." "But it can't just be about building the basic fundamentals of a good life. It's creating a good life. It's letting people make those decisions where they plan with optimism and hope for the future. Things like spending time with friends and family with enough money in your pocket to do it, to plan for your holidays, to plan for your trips, to be able to think of the life you're creating for your kids." "And that's what we can do here in Greater Manchester. And the final thing I'll say is that this is about the city region that we want to be. This is the Greater Manchester that we can be. And that has to come with the belief that we can build things that make life better." "And I'll say this really plainly. To those that voted for me, thank you. To the Labour support that's in doubt, thank you. To those of you that lent me your vote, thank you. And for those of you that didn't vote for me, I will still be your mayor because I will defend this city region with every bone in my body, and I will fight for a better life for all of us." "So the hard work begins. I've done this with a promise and a plan, and my promise and commitment to you is that I will make this city region better, but I will work for everyone. I will be a greater mayor for everyone. And we have to heal." "We have to move away from divisive politics that try and pit neighbor against neighbor, and we'll work together. We'll do it together, we'll deliver it together, and we will build a Greater Manchester that works for all of us, that we're all proud of, where everyone feels welcome and everyone has a chance to succeed. Thank you."

Two years ago, we started with a simple question. What will it take to simplify the integration of blockchain primitives with global financial rails? Today we’re launching LI.FI Intents to help make that possible for every business in the world. A product we know this industry needs, a product we’ve built to solve some of the biggest challenges global fintechs face as they move into digital assets, a product we believe companies don’t need tomorrow, or even today, they needed it yesterday. How do we enable stablecoin payments? How do we unlock access to real-world assets for our users? How do we ensure we only touch compliant liquidity across blockchains? These are some of the biggest questions leadership teams across fintech are asking themselves right now. They’re the same questions we asked ourselves. And we knew they had to be solved. LI.FI Intents is our answer. Every touchpoint of the stack is modular. The entire product is fully customizable to fit ANY business need. From the order type, to who the market maker can be, to how the transaction will be settled on blockchains, to which service providers your business trusts - everything can be shaped around how you want your product to work. As a builder myself, this is the kind of flexibility and abstraction I’ve been looking for in this industry ever since we started LI.FI 5 years ago. And I’m incredibly proud that the LI.FI team is delivering it. LI.FI Intents is built to make crypto products easier to launch for businesses that want to move onchain, but have been slowed down by the complexity of it all. The enterprise stack for onchain finance. For all intents and purposes.
