They will deliver a report on those aspects of the negotiations that should not be discussed over the phone. We will also define the further framework of our dialogue with the American side, with the Europeans, and with the Russian side. It is important that the Europeans were present in Switzerland. This is exactly how we intend to work going forward – to ensure that Europe’s positions are taken into account.

He previously commanded combat units. 3.Oleh Ivashchenko has been appointed Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR). 4.The person who will replace Ivashchenko as Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service will be announced soon. 5.A new head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine will also be appointed soon.
