There's a reason why Teach You a Lesson is the most popular Korean drama right now. There is a hunger for right-wing principles to be exercised in society again in Korea but also the rest of the world. Korean schools have become too soft. Parents and students now hold all the power while teachers must endure abuse without recourse. This inversion of authority produces rowdy, disrespectful students and leaves teachers depressed and defeated. A popular drama captures the truth: when children hold more power than adults, society falls apart. Korea needs to restore proper hierarchy, discipline, and harsher consequences for bad behavior. Right-wing principles of order and authority are not outdated. They are reality applied to society. Stop importing the worst parts of American culture and start enforcing real standards again.
