Tonight I spoke against Government’s attack on workers’ rights, which undermines the basic human right of a worker to withdraw their labour. Nurses, ambulance drivers & railway workers face sack if they take strike action & refuse a minister’s instruction to break the strike.

We’ll done John. You have tried so hard to do things in a civilised way and without strife. The Tories and right wing Labour MPs have not respected the people of this country the way you and fellow socialists do. You are a much better politician than they will ever be.

Sacking workers in areas where there are already significant retention and recruitment problems is pretty poor politics.

Well said John. Yet again this government break UN law, 1st their treatment of the disabled. Now peoples rights to strike. Is this government intent on get the UK sanctioned. #EnoughlsEnough

We need a national strike to help our workers We need a national strike to oust this corrupt government We need a national strike to show new Labour we won’t stand for corruption in politics

For all you morons complaining about strikes and trade unions.

Totally support John McDonald and I for one will be on the streets.

Well said John. Solidarity ✊🏻
