Tons of very smart people have the same problem: They know plenty about health. But they still aren’t at the weight, energy level, health, or consistency they want. Here’s why: 👇

More information is NOT the answer. The real goal is figuring out: - What matters most for YOU right now - What can wait - What actually fits your life - What to change when things stop working Most people need 1-3 things to focus on, not a list of 20 things to do.

In a world of information: “All-or-nothing” thinking is the BIGGEST psychological trap. 🧠 - Jim told you to do X - Bob told you to do Y - Sarah told you to do Z So you conclude: I need to do XYZ, or I’ve failed. This trap leads to jumping “on” and “off” various plans, struggles with consistency, and yo-yo dieting and weight loss. The better model is flexible. Because if you’re anything like my clients:👇 You’ll need to maintain and regain momentum when your job, kids, or schedule start to derail you. And for that... You want a system for 4 simple questions: 1. What matters most for me in the next 90 days? 2. What can I still repeat in a brutally hard week? 3. What feedback would change my plan? 4. What should I adjust next? More inputs without key decisions... That's just more noise. 📢📢 Instead: We start by changing the decision-making system, not adding another shortcut.

If you pretend that your work, travel, and family life aren’t part of the picture: Your system will break too easily. Your system needs to be built for the realities of life. The life you (hopefully) plan on keeping. That’s why we start here:

One of the most common things I hear from smart, successful people is some version of: "I feel like I should be able to do this myself." Matt was a former athlete, leading a team at work & family at home, and was worried about high blood pressure and high Lp(a). He said almost those exact words before we worked together:

Everyone is different. So the lifestyle you adopt should be 100% personalized to you. 🫵 If you're making changes you can't stick to forever? You're wasting time & energy:

When it comes to making changes... If you're collecting data with something like a wearable, but you're not using it to make informed decisions: What’s the point? Tracking just to track is a waste of time (and usually just leads to more stress and confusion). Stop guessing:

If you want a magic pill, a 30‑day shred, or a giant list of biohacks… I’m not your guy. ❌❌❌ But if you want an adaptable, evidence‑based system built for: - Your body - Your schedule - Your preferences - Your responsibilities ...and the confidence to navigate it YOURSELF as things in life change? 👇 That’s where I can help.

Yes, we care about “headline” results: - Losing visceral fat - Energy that lasts all day - Better labs, scans, and blood pressure - Getting off and avoiding lifelong medications But the deeper goal is this: 👇 Confidence that you can protect your future strength, independence, and quality of life, without a slow decline. When asked about longevity? Most say: "I just want to live a high quality of life to do all the things I love, with the people I love, for as long as possible."

If this sounds like you: DM me using the button below I’ll send you back 1 question regarding your goals, and where you feel stuck. If I see a useful next step: 👇 I'll share it. If coaching sounds like a fit: 👇 We can schedule a short call to brainstorm what your “longevity lifestyle” might actually look like. No pressure. Either way, I appreciate you for being here! 🙏
