Here’s Erling Haaland using very simple methods for speed development: lateral and multidirectional accelerations, along with hill sprints. Speed development doesn’t have to be complicated.

Good morning, Wednesday! ☀️ I worked so hard yesterday, so I’m feeling like today might be a bit more relaxed. Gotta take a little breather on Wednesday to make it through the rest of the week!

I’ve had a few coaches ask what our speed days look like. Tuesdays are accel and some form of top end. Long cut-up but includes skip series, pwr skip series, bound series, accelerations, and nonlinear top-end. Sprints at end all have 2 minute recovery in between. #TFTP💨🌊💪🏽

"Lane, you look really, really relaxed. Much more relaxed than when I was in your ear." Nick Saban had to remind Lane Kiffin of the good old days 😅

Movement is getting an upgrade in our end-of-July update. 🏃‍♂️ New speed-based animations 🔄 Smoother transitions between jogs, sprints, and more Players will shift gears more naturally than ever before.
