Trump's tariffs have hurt American consumers, businesses, and ports. On top of that, the Constitution clearly states that Congress—not the President—has the authority to impose tariffs. SCOTUS needs to defend the separation of powers by ruling against Trump's illegal tariffs.

Trump announced that the Supreme Court’s decision on tariffs has actually made the President’s authority to impose them more powerful, not weaker. “I don’t think the court meant that… The ability to block, embargo, restrict, license, or impose any other condition on a foreign country’s ability to conduct trade with the United States under IEEPA has been fully confirmed by this decision.”
