So 1st she seems pretty stable. 2nd what the low ca lev is, 3rd if ED they stabilize you and refer you for post care, 4th "pain" meds seem to be the most important to her. 5th unless you are so so sick YOU do not want to expose urself to hospital germs for longer than needed.

I was on my hands and knees (in a single room mind you) while passing a kidney stone. It was passing from my kidney to my bladder at the time and I felt as if I was dying. I was not screaming I was simply on my hands and knees crying. It was the only position that felt simi ok …. Nurse walked in… looked me up and down and said your doing to much. Get up. I said I’m just in pain trying to get comfortable and she laughed, said you aren’t getting the pain meds you’re trying to get and walked out. I had never been so humiliated in all my life. I literally hobbled myself right out of that hospital… called a ride and went to the other hospital.

If you’re that unwell go to a different hospital. You’re presenting as completely medically stable. You’re well enough to record a video to garner sympathy, you’re well enough to go home.

The emergency room is for EMERGENCIES. They eliminate stroke, heart attacks, bowel obstructions etc. Yes something can be wrong but you do not always get a diagnosis in tge ER. It's for EMERGENCIES. They save your life. Sounds like you need a primary care doc app.
