This was one the most eye-opening podcasts regarding the $TSLA & SpaceX merger that I have ever done. Many Tesla shareholders will say it wouldn't be fair if Tesla stock is not at least $700 prior to a merge with SpaceX but nextbigfuture breaks it down for us why it's necessary for Elon to merge Tesla & SpaceX ASAP for it to benefit Tesla investors massively. His example was how xAI investors agreed to merge with SpaceX, even though more than 60% of the combined company’s revenue is currently coming from AI compute rentals, which generate roughly 100% direct net profit margins. At the same time, xAI investors would only own 20% of the merged entity. NHTSA just made it official for $TSLA to go nationwide with Cybercabs by changing the rules! In the recent months, Tesla has been pumping out Cybercabs, getting them across the US and putting them in position for the "all at once" release. I call this the tsunami and right now the waves are forming. This NHTSA update is pretty much telling everyone that the future of driving is autonomous and the $TSLA "all at once" could be sooner than we think. The question I see others asking is “does NVIDIA Alpamayo affect Tesla?” The short answer is: not really. The long answer is that it sort of gets everyone else back into the game of adding autonomy to their vehicles, but here is the problem: the game is about to switch to robotaxis. I do not know that this really affects the robotaxi game (at least not in the short term), and that is the rub. Waymo customers keep telling me “I am never buying a car again.” I do not think it helps the traditional automaker much. People who want autonomy will want Tesla due to its fleet size. The next year will make that clear.

I have been trying to understand this question for years. I have a possible answer. As a collective, we will reinvent ourselves based on new information. This is not for everyone, and not everyone will be able to achieve this. To accept everything taught about history, healing, law, and life in general is a lie, requires great strength. To have to walk away from your religion is epic. The end will not be for everyone. We have to leave the matrix(all based on lies), and return to the promised land, where we have direct contact with creation itself, 24/7.

Chamath says a merger with $TSLA & $SPCX is inevitable and he believes SpaceX will need to pay a 50% premium to buy it out! A 50% premium is $600 stock price btw. Many investors don't like to agree with Chamath but he has been right before with Anthropic (& others) renting out SpaceX's data centers. Elon Musk also praised Chamath for being right! Do y'all think Chamath will be right this time again? 👀
