Biggest differences to me are (1) quicker pull through rate by pro sprinter by shortening leg whip after making ground contact and (2) pro sprinter hips completely parallel to the ground allowing knees to come up slightly higher

A HoF edge rusher posted a question earlier: "Why are they setting up in a 4-point stance, as opposed to the classic 3-point stance? " I believe he's looking for something along the lines of your expertise, whereby coming out of a sprinters box stance, gets you up to speed quicker than the legacy football lineman method. Thoughts?
