🔥This intrigues me..given the possibility that he might still be on the run if his father didn’t turn him in. I wonder if the father only turned him in when & if he discovered his son used his rifle and didn’t want to go to jail. If it was his father’s gun he would have noticed it was MISSING and likely once he saw the PHOTO OF THE GUN & HIS SON KNEW it was him. Wouldn’t the son KNOW his father was going to notice it missing? If that’s the case wouldn’t he know it would be discovered eventually and shown on TV and his father would have recognized it? So then if this was so well thought out wouldn’t the kid ABSOLUTELY TAKE THE GUN WITH HIM to ensure that doesn’t happen because not doing so means you are going to be caught at bare minimum by your father? Lastly the Mauser looks to be from the 1950’s or 1960’s . That means it may not have a Serial number because the law wasn’t passed til 1968. Older fathers that are aficionados like to collect vintage guns. My real two questions are if it IS NOT HIS FATHERS GUN WHOSE IT ? And why didn’t he take it with him? Once again If the father didn’t turn him in he might STILL be on the loose. Was that what meant by retrieve it from a DROP POINT so his father didn’t notice it was missing? Can someone, anyone, explain the major discrepancies in Lance Twiggs’s testimony that I’m hearing? 1. Lance testified that Tyler did not text him directly AT ALL on September 10th. He testified that the only message that came through that day was via an automated Discord message from Tyler to a D&D server group chat that they were both a part of at 11 pm. Why then are we shown screenshots of a personal text message thread from September 10th where there are texts from Tyler to Lance starting at 4:33 pm?? There’s also a direct text supposedly from Tyler at 11 pm as well — is that what’s being referred to as the “automated” message (although it’s not remotely from Discord)?? Tyler then supposedly sends a flurry of texts detailing his crime to Lance all before midnight. Why did Lance not account for any of these messages when he said Tyler “did not text him directly” all day?? 2. How would Lance know if the one 11 pm text message was “automated” when iMessage doesn’t differentiate between messages that are scheduled before or sent in the moment? 3. Prosecutor Ryan McBride, in his interview of Lance, while reading the messages exchanged.. said clear as day that the messages spanned from September 10th to September 12th. Lance agrees with this. Seconds later, he changes the story and says the messages were from September 10th to the evening of September 11th. Why? Agent Brian Davis, while on the stand, then testified to the messages ending September 11th, but the attorney who questioned him also sounded majorly confused based on what she was reading. She kept saying: “Does September 12th.. make more sense? Does it make sense?” Why did she initially ALSO say September 12th but then backtrack?? 4. Lance says in his testimony that he picked the note up and then never saw it again. Did he not burn it? How could he not pick it up again if he did that. Why was there no testimony to him burning it?

No one witnessed Tyler Robinson. No video or any witness testimony of him, a gun, or any forensic evidence at all. Except dna on a rifle he owned that wasn’t tested for residue and did not alert any of the dogs. The footage never shows a gun or a clear shot of his face. It appears to be multiple people or he changes outfits. There is no evidence matching any bullet to the gun they claim was used. The only “evidence” they have are text messages that don’t sound real that have not been made available to the defense to analyze. Text messages can be sent by anyone. That isn’t evidence. And a confession that doesn’t exist and a claim his mother recognized him from the footage that we now can all see. That statement has not been made available and probably doesn’t exist, and it doesn’t matter. The video doesn’t show any crime and it’s not clear enough for any positive ID. There are mountains of circumstantial evidence that turning point USA conspired to either kill Charlie Kirk or cover up his murder. There is an end times cult that is convinced that in order to bring back Jesus they need the US to lose to Iran and the world to turn on Israel and burn. That’s a fact btw. Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

It did not show his face (I verified with a couple of people in respect of their posts). So on the one hand, you have journalists reporting that the video clearly showed the man *who had been previously identified as Tyler Robinson* taking the shot. And on the other hand, you have journalist saying the video did not show Tyler specifically (in terms of close-up on his face for facial recognition). This is the exact confusion and spin I specifically predicted would happen during my appearance on Megyn Kelly that morning. Had the public seen the video, there would have been no confusion in what was meant by the various reports. But the judge, in his order denying transparency to the judicial process, allowed for this confusion to occur and be weaponized to taint the entire judicial process. The judge, in his idiotic ruling to not display exhibits on the final day of the hearing, in an effort to split the judicial baby to please both parties, killed the judicial baby.
