I delivered the message during the requiem mass held in his honor and conveyed special condolences to Mzee Ambassador Gen. Matayo Kyaligonza. I also presented a contribution of UGX 10M towards the burial arrangements. ‘I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.’ — 2 Timothy 4:7 May his soul rest in eternal peace."

The person here speaking has ever been forced by public pressure to resign from a ministerial position after POINTING A GUN at a woman in a bar, something that you cannot hear about UPDF now. Mind you this is the same UPDF that gave him the rank of Maj Gen. With a history of manhandling his opponents in local elections, Kahinda Otafiire has no moral authority to talk ill about the most organised & disciplined army on the continent. But we all know from where his envy originates. We all know this is a smear campaign against the current CDF, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba who he has previously worked very hard to undermine, yet he keeps performing with flying colors in all fields. It is high time Hon. Otafiire appreciates the fact the Gen. Muhoozi is 100% UNSTOPPABLE! Let him first wait for a Muhoozist to kick him out of Parliament then he'll understand that even his own neighborhood is tired of his crap. Imagine a man who threw us into a huge debt to DRC worth trillions. WE HAVE NEITHER FORGOTTEN NOR FORGIVEN!
