We are closer to peace than ever during the war, but at the same time we cannot be sure whether Russia is ready for peace. Russia is trying to make the war seem like the “new normal.” We must never put up with this. Everything humanly possible must be done to force Russia to stop the killings, to achieve real peace, and to ensure security. Peace is only possible through strength. All relevant agencies are working. Unfortunately, there are casualties. As of now, three people have been reported killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Seventeen people have been rescued. Russia has once again deliberately attacked ordinary civilians and residential buildings. In Kyiv, more than 130 such buildings have been damaged in total. Our coordinated efforts and joint actions – of Ukraine, the United States, Europe, and all countries that seek peace – can definitely compel Russia to make peace. I thank everyone who is helping.
