When I was in Japan, I sat down with a dermatologist and asked him what he started seeing after the COVID vaccine campaign began. Since 2021, the practice has been treating severe, full-body itching and redness, vitiligo-like skin changes, hair loss, and a range of autoimmune-related skin conditions in patients who directly linked the onset to their injection. And blood diseases, which is not something you expect to be discussing with a skin specialist until you hear the explanation. Biopsies taken from the skin lesions found spike protein throughout the body.

A New Beginning: Kanmani Annadhana Virundhu Today, I began a new venture close to my heart - Kanmani Annadhana Virundhu, named after my mother. Believe it or not, when I started started filming the migrant crisis here in NYC, i wasn't even thinking about looking for gangs or txrrorist organizations . I thought i was filming a humanitarian crisis, and i thought it was interesting to film All of a sudden, things started falling in my lap that I just couldn't ignore. A lot of people got mad at me for trying to figure out the issue that had to do with the open borders . Once I started seeing the ugly parts of this crisis I just couldn't stop digging into it . Their are horrible stories I still didn't put out yet and I'm just waiting for the right timing... It's too late to stop now.

We filmed for 11 months, and during that time, I built deep relationships on set. But somewhere along the line, I started carrying the character with me… I began to see traces of Wura in my real-life behavior.

Today one of my breast cancer patients was placed under general anesthesia before I had seen her, marked her, or signed her chart. That should never happen. This is not the first time I have walked into a hospital and found that the rules were treated like suggestions. Surgery is not an assembly line. These are human beings. They deserve to be seen, evaluated, marked, and spoken to before anesthesia is administered. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with defensiveness instead of accountability. And here is the deeper issue. I am often told by insurance companies where I am allowed to operate. Even when I know that another facility is safer. Even when patterns like this have already occurred. Physicians should be able to choose the safest environment for their patients. Insurance contracts should not override safety standards. I am tired. But I am not going to be quiet. We have to build a system where surgeons can vote with their feet and take patients where protocols are followed and safety comes first. Our patients deserve better.

FROM INBOX | This morning at 7:15, I was a$$aulted by a City of Harare traffic officer. The incident began around 7:05 when two officers approached me as I was parking in a bay. They claimed that one of my car tyres had stepped on a white line. When I asked for a moment to park properly, one officer jumped into the back of my car, while the other clamped it and then also got into the vehicle. They demanded that I drive to their Coventry Road office but then began pressuring me for money, implying that if I didn't give them something, I would be charged $98 once they took the car in. I explained that I didn't have any money, but they continued to threa+en me. I started recording the conversation on my phone, took out $20, and as they were stepping out, I told them I had recorded everything. One officer immediately rushed off, and the other followed. When I demanded my money back, one of them attempted to flee and then śtruck me on the chin with a baton stick and a clenched fist before running away. I sustained a cut on my chin and it’s swollen. I have reported the incident to the police.

Minutes after waking up from a successful cardioversion, I’m back stretching. My wife, Payge McMahon (aka Payge Page) is like… ‘can you just rest for 24-hours?’ 🤪 Last week, I went into AFib. I normally wear a heart monitor when training, but for some reason didn’t this day. I pushed myself too hard, felt ‘off’, dizzy, and heart racing… and well, here we are… This is my 2nd time with AFib (irregular heartbeats) in the past 3 years. I’ll have a cardio ablation next month and should be good to go. I will never not wear a heart monitor and/or Apple watch when working out again. I promise Payge🙏🏼! If you are over 50 and or have a slightly enlarged heart, you should wear a heart monitor too! DDPY #afib
