Please: *Wear Gloves *Keep the item you found where you found it. *Take a photo *Do not move it. That is LE's Job LE (Pima County)- What in the heck are you doing? Did you fail evidence collection at the academy? This officer needs a remedial course. Use a paper evidence collection bag (not plastic-she knew she was going there to collect evidence). Plastic degrades DNA and this one is too small. Even a child would recognize not to stuff something 3 times too big into a bag 3 times too small. Also, did you notice something fell out? Do I think this is related, unlikely but possible. Whenever there is a possibility it could be evidence, take it, but treat it like evidence. Maybe it was used in another crime. This happens. I have lost faith. How was the evidence collection handled inside Nancy's house if this is how evidence collection happens when all eyes are looking? #NancyGuthrie #NancyGuthrieCase

I could not disagree more with Julien Bittel, CFA and Raoul Pal Let me explain you why in this video. It is meant as a constructive input to the debate. First... We all try to be "Economic Detectives". What are the indications of "Why the butler is the murderer". We look at pieces of evidence. And then we conclude. This is called "Inductive Reasoning". Translated into the Economy - we look at various developments and charts (the pieces of evidence) - and then we conclude. Julien concludes we are EARLY CYCLE. I conclude we are LATE CYCLE. This is about MACRO - and how well the developments in the Economy - and hence Market - is understood. It is key to investing! REMEMBER: I don't say top is in. We built a tool to make it easy for Canadians to understand how First Nations are funded and how they spend that money. We scraped over 10,000 financial statements and schedules of remuneration that First Nations disclosed under the First Nations Financial Transparency Act. We then processed those documents to extract revenue, expenses, accumulated surplus (which includes both financial assets and physical assets like roads and water systems) and council remuneration into an easily processable format. We also scraped historical data going back to 2007 of First Nations registered population to make it easy to understand the scale of our First Nations. Lastly, we scraped First Nations legal Claim data from the Reporting Centre on Specific Claims. This is all accessible on our easy to use, fast website with source documents accessible directly from the page for easy verification.

End-to-end neural networks racing drones in Abu Dhabi! 🚁 Check out the drone racing team from Delft University of Technology! A completely end-to-end neural network solution, from pixels to direct motor commands. No Kalman filters. No computer vision feature detectors. Just neurons flying the drone. The challenge is extreme. These drones fly at high speeds and need split-second decisions with minimal onboard resources: a single rolling-shutter camera and an IMU. Their approach is called SkyDreamer, based on the Dreamer-v3 reinforcement learning algorithm. First, a world model is trained in simulation. Then, the neural network learns how to fly in its dreams through reinforcement learning. The network's internal state can be read out to see where it thinks it is on the track or how fast it's going. Even better, the drone estimates some of its own body characteristics during flight, like the camera angle relative to the body, eliminating time-consuming manual calibration. Dads matter. When it comes to child development we are still only beginning to understand the long term impacts of our early experiences. But a growing body of evidence suggests that our experiences during early childhood not only wire the brain for success but also powerfully shape our adult health. And dads play an important role here. One recent study looked at the body’s stress response systems and found that children with involved fathers as infants measured lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol throughout each day some thirty years later. The same researchers found that the quantity of fathers’ involvement also significantly reduced the amount of sons’ illicit drug and tobacco use across the 20s. For these and a whole list of other reasons, dads make a difference. And today we celebrate them. Here’s a video I’ve been saving for Fathers Day from doting first-time dad Liam Chennells. When a friend messaged him to ask about life as a new dad, he created this video in response. As Liam notes in closing, “There’s nothing better.” And that’s true for them both. Here’s wishing a happy Fathers Day to all who hold the title of dad.

If we're being completely honest, the only genuine way to end this insurgency is for communities to come together, actively defend their own land, and collaborate fully with the police and military—just like in the early 1990s when people organized themselves, able-bodied men took turns on vigilante patrols, and every household knew exactly how to protect their area from criminals. Our security forces cannot win this alone. We, the people, must step up and do our part. Ultimately, the very first person responsible for your safety is you.

On 10th April, we inaugurated the Arctus HQ in Bengaluru and unveiled the AX1 - our first tech demonstrator unmanned aircraft - in the presence of Tejasvi Surya. Transaction propagation, ordering behaviour, and fragmentation effects start to matter. This visualiser sits alongside the Leios simulation framework and renders trace data so researchers can replay scenarios, inspect how mempool state evolves across nodes, and study behaviour under different network and protocol conditions. This is about understanding system behaviour before it reaches users. Instrumenting the protocol, observing edge cases early, and using evidence to guide design decisions as Leios progresses toward a high throughput Cardano. This has long been Cardano’s approach.
