Microsoft teases a faster and configurable context menu (right-click menu) for Windows 11 after years of complaints! Marcus Ash, who leads Design and Research for Windows and Devices, says Microsoft is working on making context menus faster, simpler by default, and configurable to what you use most. That last part is huge. Windows 11’s context menu was supposed to fix the cluttered Windows 10 right-click menu. Instead, it became slower, padded, inconsistent, and still messy. You often need “Show more options” just to reach the old menu, which defeats the whole point of redesigning it. Now Microsoft is taking the same approach it used with Start and taskbar: give users control. Resizable Start. Movable taskbar. Smaller taskbar. Customizable Start sections. And now, configurable context menus. This is the Windows 11 reset users wanted 🥳

You asked, we shipped 🚢 You can now copy all of the table definitions with a single click within the Supabase dashboard so that you can quickly provide the context of the database! Head to the Database menu and click the "Copy as SQL" button 📋

I'm trying out the custom HLSL node feature of VFX Graph (available from Unity 2023.2). Now I can extend VFX Graph with custom shader code.

I'm calling this a "proximity menu". The best click is no click.

Getting a few questions about the menu options. This is specifically for building inverted menus in light mode. Works for dropdown menu, select, combobox, context menu, menubar...etc

The view from the cupola is absolutely breathtaking. It wasn't added to the Space Station until 2010 and I finally got to experience it on my third spaceflight. The 360 degree view of Earth is almost beyond words. It's like a giant live painting that is constantly changing. Definitely the best view in town!
