Turns out the lock screen ad was the least of it. Opened AbMaxx again and the paywall says $0.77/week in huge text. You're actually paying for the year. Apple's own docs say the amount you get charged has to be the biggest price on screen and the weekly number has to be smaller. People get rejected for this every week. It also asks you to rate the app during onboarding. Before you've done anything. Three violations in one session. Either review is a lottery or this is all behind a remote flag they turned on after approval.
