Please read Marx

Who?

Nobody u’ve heard of

this says im right

It's not a myth. Unskilled labor is basically management.

I agree with the sentiment (every job requires some skill, “unskilled” jobs tend to be more productive than “skilled” jobs), but this isn’t a Marxist assessment of skill. You can’t explain wage gaps or the drive to deskill with this view. Complex labor is simple labor compounded.

basic skills are still skills the marxist term is specialized labor

a lot of "unseen" labor are skilled as they litterally keep the world running

Capitalists call unskilled labor to any work that hasn't been automated yet.

More like skilled slavery

"My labor is worth more than its market value" is a Socialist one.

like ICE agents paid 200,000 to shoot white women?

Are you saying that capitalism is saying that workers are unskilled? That is a strawman fallacy. Also normally as the worker gets more skills they change of position or change even of company. But as tax increases make difficult new companies, make difficult to change of company

That guy is just very good at this specific unskilled labor job, but really it don't take a skill to lay the carton, fill the carton, repeat. I just did the entire training video in one sentence.

it may not be a complex skill or a specialize skill many jobs are "easy" they are still needed or they wouldnt be paid

no one said unskilled jobs are not necessary

Holy mother of God. What are you even talking about. Just based on this I know you never seen labor at all under anything else but capitalism.

That is unskilled labor, Skilled labor refers to work that requires specialized training, education, and experience, enabling workers to perform complex tasks and often command higher wages compared to unskilled labor. Spot the difference

Habits anchor progress.

It’s the tag they use to underpay hard workers

If I can learn your job in less than an hour, you are unskilled labor.

Hold on, this is actually wild and sounds super exciting!

Your wage is determined by your replaceability over the value you generate. If the capitalist thinks they can replace you quickly or automate your job, you will be paid f**k all. tldr; join a union to increase your bargaining power, dumbf**k, and stop working so hard

The one man who would make this scenario work

🤣🤣🤣🤣

the Company owner doesnt even know How to brush his own teet: milion dollars per month Him worker: 2.000 dollars per month

This could and should be analyzed as thoroughly as possible, but I think the message is good all the same. Industrial farming and large scale produce operations are often belittled when their value to society is so great!

Being quick with your hands has nothing to do with being skilled. Skill isn’t muscle memory, it’s knowledge and applicability. McDs workers get quick at making burgers and can throw em together fast as hell over time. But most can’t use their resources for problem solving

Keep talking, theyll replace it with a machine. Commies always destroy jobs

If I can learn a job and be productive at it in a week or less, it’s an unskilled job.

Its impossible to not be skilled at a job that requires you to do only one 2 second movement over and over again.

She's slow as fuck 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dont confuse efficiency with skill. Just because you find a fast way to perform menial tasks does not make you skilled

You're easily impressed...

Are you saying capitalism only depends on unskilled labor?

Learn the definition before commenting

Unskilled labor means, not professionally trained. Making a big deal abt it means you just dont actually understand what it means.

😂😂😂don’t see any difficulty level there😂😂😂 you communists of iPhone and lattes that have never done any manual work see that as a skill😂😂😂

Is that true @grok

This isn't "unskilled" this is "low skill". As in, the efficiency is a skill, but almost anybody could be trained to do this job and to do it with relative efficiency.
