This makes me mad. I was dealing with doxers online, and was told by the police that assessing threats is not clear cut, they have to look at many parts. In my case it was if they had the ability to carry out the alleged threat. Sounds to me like she doesn't fit all the criteria

The question is are the people who are going out of their way to actually make these threats being arrested like she was? I highly doubt it. That’s what’s wrong here. She did NOTHING wrong

While I think it's ridiculous, she was arrested and held for 3 days, I don't think it was JUST because she said, "Delay, deny, depose." It sounds like what got her in trouble was the "you guys should be next..." If she had left that part out, I don't think it's an issue.
