He’s not wrong about the numbers…. But Stephen A was never an athlete either and to act like his resume’ before first take was better than Max’s is weird energy. Both worked their way up. Stephen A wrote popular column’s and Max hosted popular shows. Extremely disrespectful to come at him like that Imo… and this is coming from a guy who never felt like Max had any real solid takes ever lol

Hot take: I respect Max more than Stephen A 🤷🏾‍♂️ And his departure was one of the reasons I stopped watching First Take...now the numbers may not show that and I'm sure I'm in the minority but IMO with Max's departure they lost the only level-headed person on the show.
