Pi Network is Edging Closer to Protocol v23 After Most Major Nodes have now been upgraded Pi Network (Pi Network) is officially nearing the activation of Protocol 23 as the majority of mainnet node operators complete a comprehensive infrastructure migration. This critical transition involves upgrading the network from Protocol 22 while simultaneously shifting OS environments from Ubuntu 20 to 24 and databases from PostgreSQL 12 to 16. The rollout requires intensive internal data reprocessing to optimize subsystems for higher transaction throughput and storage efficiency across the global validator set.

Let's be honest: sending crypto is tricky. The interfaces can be confusing, and there's always some anxiety about entering the correct address and amount and making sure everything is accurate. Plus, there's the hassle of managing transaction fees. Someone had to put a stop to that, and we did. With this Tangem app update, you can: — Use a simple and smooth interface to send funds. — Select addresses from recent transactions or your own wallets — see all your addresses even if you have multiple wallets. — Enter amounts in the sending currency or fiat for your convenience. — Manually adjust transaction fees for greater flexibility. — Benefit from a clear confirmation screen to avoid mistakes. Enjoy the new and improved Tangem app now, available on the App Store and Google Play. 🖤

When I first saw this video of the new Zimbabwean central bank governor, John Mushayavanhu, on WhatsApp groups, I thought it was a fake video generated through Artificial Intelligence. A very prominent African called me today asking if it was a genuine video or an AI-generated fake video. It is actually real; that is what the central bank governor of Zimbabwe, John Mushayavanhu, said. From now on, I will call it the World Bank ZiG 🤣🤣🤣 But on a serious note, did the WorldBank advise the Zimbabwean central bank to come up with this comical idea of a currency that can’t be used for paying for fuel, passports, car registration number plates, customs duty, airline tickets, and more? I think if it is true, then my respect for the WorldBank has fallen to the floor because it was a really foolish idea, and it will fail for the same reasons the other five foolish attempts on new currencies failed! But until the WorldBank confirms, I will give them the benefit of the doubt because the WorldBank DOESN’T deal with monetary policy; it is the IMF that deals with monetary policy. The WorldBank's advice is targeted at fiscal matters, so it would be weird for the WorldBank to send an official to the Zimbabwean central bank to advise on monetary policy when the IMF Africa has an office in Harare, Zimbabwe. IMF Africa issues article IV statements on monetary issues and has a Zimbabwe representative whose last recommendations are in the public sphere. We all want a local Zimbabwean currency, and we all want it to succeed, but it would be silly for us to think that a currency can succeed without the backing of the required economic fundamentals. The ZiG is not backed by these economic fundamentals, so I think it is important for the WorldBank to pronounce on this matter. Perhaps it knows the secret place where the ZiGold is being kept. Who knows? It could be in a far, far place with an advisor from the Bermuda Triangle!

“Mangione attempted to send a public message through violence, but the message that emerges today is very different,” the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York said after 28-year-old Luigi Mangione entered a guilty plea in his federal case Friday morning. “There can be no celebrity in assassination.” Sentencing in the federal case will take place on Dec. 18, with Mangione facing a maximum possible sentence of life in prison.

🌻GM - Hope you all had a great weekend. Today is a very exciting day for us Americans and for freedom. I was asked what I thought about the CBI issuing new security features on the 2021 notes -- it's aimed at taking counterfeits out of circulation before the CBI issues new lower denomination notes. In Iraq, they use the 1000 dinar note just like we use the $1 bill here. 🎬See the video clip below from inside Iraq.. BELOW ARE THE -- IQD TO DOLLAR VALUE. 💰 250 IQD: 250 IQD = 0.19 USD 💰 500 IQD: 500 IQD = 0.38 USD 💰1000 IQD: 1000 IQD = 0.76 USD 💰 5000 IQD: 5000 IQD = 3.81 USD 💰 10000 IQD: 10000 IQD = 7.63 USD 💰 25000 IQD: 25000 IQD = 19.08 USD 💰 50000 IQD: 50000 IQD = 38.16 USD All these goods 👇in Iraq will need to be repriced with the new lower denomination notes pricing. When they switch the old notes out for the new ones. I'm still out of town -- be back tomorrow.

I asked my wife Maureen to take the lead on funding for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. I am proud to share her announcement today, launching a new fundraising initiative to expand and sustain Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library across the state. The initiative establishes a public-private partnership aimed at supporting the beloved book gifting program that promotes early childhood literacy by delivering free, high-quality books to children from birth to age five.

Key Issues Raised in the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha for Pune’s Safety and Public Services In the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha, I raised several important issues aimed at strengthening citizen safety in Pune and improving veterinary healthcare infrastructure. Five New Cyber Police Stations for Pune With cybercrime steadily rising in the city, I reiterated my earlier demand from the previous session to establish five new cyber police stations in Pune. I urged the Home Department to expedite action on this proposal. Expanded CCTV Network and Advanced Technology I also called for the immediate rollout of 10,000 new CCTV cameras across Pune and urged the Government to announce the state’s comprehensive CCTV policy at the earliest. Additionally, I proposed integrating criminal databases with CCTV networks through face recognition technology, enabling real-time alerts to cyber cells when suspects are detected and significantly improving crime prevention and investigation. Upgrading the Aundh Veterinary Hospital Currently, the Aundh Veterinary Hospital provides only OPD services. I requested the Animal Husbandry Department to expedite the tender process for establishing a multispeciality veterinary treatment centre with modern facilities, and to fill vacant posts at the hospital at the earliest. I will continue to actively pursue these issues to strengthen public safety, civic infrastructure, and essential services for Pune’s citizens. #SiddharthShirole #MaharashtraVidhanSabha #Pune #CyberSecurity #CCTV #PublicSafety
