“I went to the fueling station to get fuel this morning and it turns out from N1,225, the price has gone up to N1,335. The price went up in the space of one day. My question is, with all the subsidy being pulled out by the government, what have you done to stop the people from facing head on these challenges that the economy is bringing to them?” - Rufai Oseni this morning

A kid started freshman year by ditching the first day to stand at a gas station. Mom pulled up, filmed it, and captioned it like the boy’s already cooked. Not late. Not lost. Posted up against the wall like homeroom was optional. This is on track for the fastest academic decline of 2026. Mom called him out for his $100 t-shirt and confiscated his sneakers and new backpack. Would you have pulled up on your kid like this on day 1? Why do you think he’s hanging out at the gas station and not in the classroom. Where’d it go wrong for this young man? Notice it was mom and not dad who pulled up?

Chicago police just arrested a citizen for cleaning up trash in his own community alleys and streets. His group regularly does the job the city refuses to do. This man and his organization go out and clean public spaces that local government ignores. Instead of thanking him they slapped cuffs on him. Why? Because Chicago has fat contracts with private companies that get paid to do nothing.

Todd Blanche told reporters this morning that there are no names in the Epstein files. He is lying. 1. We have already seen names of co-conspirators, and the survivors themselves have told us that they gave sworn statements to police and the FBI that are in the files. 2. Donald Trump himself told MTG his friends would get hurt if the full files were released. This. Is. A. Cover-up. Plain and simple.

This dad is cleaning up after his kids at the restaurant. I understand it can be difficult to go out to eat with children, but I never let my kids make this much of a mess that I needed to get a mop. Is this a lack of discipline on the parents' part, or is it kids just being kids?

At Carver High in Montgomery, Alabama, students drop their phones into these Yondr-style magnetic pouches first thing in the morning. The pouch stays locked on them all day and only unlocks at dismissal around 2:45 PM. The principal started it to cut down on all the in-class texting and scrolling. This lines up with Alabama’s new 2025-26 law that requires phones to be stored away during the school day across the state. This trend is blowing up everywhere. There are already 26 states that are rolling out similar programs. Do you agree or disagree with this policy? Please explain

JD Vance has entered the talks with the Yemenis. What everyone already knew would happen has happened: the war in Yemen has sent oil prices soaring. But there is nothing Vance can do, because this is a situation that can only be resolved in Tehran. Talks between Riyadh and Tehran began yesterday to deal with the problem. And why did the Trump administration allow the situation to get this far? Because it calculated that the GCC would fear a drawn-out conflict and accept a deal with Iran in which it picked up the bill for the war. (Now it’s all about who pays the bills.) That did not happen, and the administration now fears that oil prices will weigh even more heavily on Trump’s already eroded popularity. There is no problem to be solved in the Middle East today that was not created by the war itself. No one talks anymore about those original war aims.

This 63 year old man is building an A frame house by himself. He had to figure out how he was going to get these panels all the way up. So he built his own ladder with notches on it to catch the panels as he moved up. 👏 They say necessity is the mother of ingenuity. This man has some want in him! 63 years old and look how that man moves up that ladder with those panels. But goodness, one misstep all the way up there could result in serious injury or more. Do you think you could move those panels that high up there by yourself? Would you even try? Do you think that’s working smarter not harder? Does you know someone that crazy? 🤯

Just like they did with Machete yesterday, NTV has done an interview with another political prisoner who was released. This one is called Kalanzi.. He says on the day he was abducted he hide himself in the ceiling and left the woman and kids there, gunmen beat up his wife but she refused to give up him. Then they started beating up his kids. When he saw them beating kids he came out and was taken. Painful story. 😭💔

… these are Ukrainians, the residents of this building, which has already been put out, standing beside it this early morning with their children, relatives, and neighbors. Here in Ukraine, a single night can turn your life upside down. For some, windows were simply blown out by the shockwave, but there are also those whose apartments and all their belongings burned down. In the middle of the night, amid the chaos, it is hard to find necessary things and documents-you just grab what matters most: yourselves and your loved ones, children, pets, and try to get out of the burning building. Tonight, everyone in this building survived.

This woman’s neighbors always leaves their trash and empty boxes in front of her door. They have never said why they do that nor have they ever responded to her requests to stop doing it. This has been going on since she’s moved in and it’s been months now. After being fed up with what’s going on, she’s decided that she’s going to do the same thing right back to the and started leaving her trash by their door as well. Do you feel this will escalate things between them and make matters worst or does the neighbor deserve what they get?

Germany's Defence Minister Boris Pistorius on the collapse of FCAS with France: That the end for FCAS came was no longer surprising. It had been pointing that way for quite some time. It came down above all to tensions — let me put it that way — between the two major industries. With the knowledge of today, we would not set up this project the way it was set up back then. That is a lesson we must draw from this. It was an ambitious, large European project that has now shattered against reality. We have to live with that. There is absolutely no reason to assume that the German-French relationship is strained because of this. This changes nothing about the relationship with France. There are a multitude of smaller and larger projects on our agenda. As for the new jet — we will see which paths we take. We have already been in talks with various actors for months. You can imagine that I will not publicly speculate here about which project it could be.

🚨Tyler Robinson Alibi🚨 .Candace Owens broke the story on Jan 6th that Tyler Robinson was eating at Cowboys Smokehouse in Panguich, Utah. Diligent Denizen 🇺🇸 recently followed up on this lead and recorded a staff member confirming this information. Tyler showed up around 2130 on 9/10 and had signed a credit card receipt for his meal. He left around 2200. That means the Feds timeline is bogus. It also means the "text messages" are bogus because Tyler could not have been around UVU explaining what was going on. Such as "I hope that pooch has a bad sniffer". The Prosecution has not followed up on this because they know it will ruin their whole case. The Defense has also not reached out to Cowboys Smokehouse, though we don't know if they've already pulled his credit card receipts. Not bringing this up at the Preliminary hearing is very odd.

It’s clear that the UCP government does not care about the needs of Calgarians. Just 34 days ago, the UCP promised that funding for the Green Line was “100 per cent” secure, even for the new shorter version. Now they've decided to pull their funding. This reckless decision could mean the end of a badly needed transit project and a massive waste of over $1 billion that has already been spent as construction is well underway. The UCP has chosen to give up 20,000 jobs directly associated with this project, including 1,000 people employed today who will be thrown out of work by this decision. Not to mention all the private sector jobs that will come from the redevelopment and densification of lands surrounding the future stations. Let’s be clear. This decision will drive both public and private sector investment out of Calgary and Alberta because there is no certainty. Who will ever bid on projects if the province’s signature is no longer worth anything and they can pull funding at will? They are pretending they are looking at new options, but we’ve seen this movie before. Minister Dreeshen’s proposed alignment has been studied. And studied. And studied. It won’t work. It dumps SE commuters nowhere near where they need to be and expects them to trudge to a red or blue line station to get on a train that is already packed. It’s a dream from someone who has clearly never taken transit in Calgary. The UCP government has chosen to make this a political issue. The UCP wants to make this about me. It’s not about me — it’s about doing the right thing for the tens of thousands of Calgarians that will be hurt by this decision. As always, the UCP would rather pick a fight than win for citizens. The Green Line is a required investment for the future of Calgary. It’s an investment in ending the congestion on Deerfoot and Stoney Trails, and the Centre Street corridor. It’s an investment in the environment, in quality of life, in getting people to and from work, and kids to and from school. We simply have to look at the congestion nightmare that is Toronto today because that city didn’t invest in transit when they should have. This is untenable and the people of Calgary deserve better than to be used as a political football. The premier needs to intervene directly, take control of this file from her minister and advisors and work with the city to find a way forward.

California resident went to a park in Santa Monica There was a group of Somali women and children having a party “They finish, they get up and leave their f*cking trash on the grass. Pizza boxes, candy wrappers, trash and walk away. And I was walking my dog. I stopped them and said, "Excuse me, you have to pick that up. We pick up our trash here." And they looked at me like I was from f*cking outer space because they don't consider... It's not even a consideration. It's not in their consciousness” This man is experiencing what countless other Americans call out. Our cultures are not the same. They are perfectly okay living with trash everywhere and not cleaning up after themselves, we are not “These people can integrate into the culture. And if they can't, they can't be here” This is also a huge complaint in California where there are large Indian communities. The Indians go to the park and leave it completely trashed, nobody picks up anything The answer is simple. Mass deportations
