[KBS NEWS] “First-Time Donors Surge During ENHYPEN Blood Donation Campaign” These days, blood supplies are running low as fewer people are donating, creating a serious shortage. The K-pop group ENHYPEN, famous for their Vampire concept, stepped in as advocates for blood donation. Let’s take a look at the impact they made. ENHYPEN partnered with the Korean Red Cross to run a campaign encouraging people to donate blood. They incorporated the group’s signature Vampire concept into the campaign. From January 16 to 25, major blood donation centers and mobile blood donation buses in Seoul were decorated with ENHYPEN photos and visuals. Various events were held, including giving ENHYPEN photocards to citizens who completed donations. As a result, donations among teenagers and people in their twenties increased significantly, and the number of first-time donors rose 19 times compared to before the campaign.
