U.S. Forces Disable Cargo Vessel Attempting to Violate Blockade TAMPA, Fla. — U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces disabled a commercial cargo vessel in the Gulf of Oman, Oct. 10, after the ship’s crew ignored repeated warnings and attempted to run the ongoing naval blockade against Iran. A U.S. military fighter jet struck the stern of Panama-flagged M/V Ocean Molica (also known as the “Arika Sun”) with a precision munition, fully disabling the ship’s propulsion without harming the crew. The large cargo vessel was attempting to transit regional waters after having previously departed an Iranian port. CENTCOM forces resumed America’s blockade against all ships entering or departing Iranian ports on July 14. Four commercial vessels have been disabled and 135 ships have been turned around during three months of strict enforcement. Additionally, U.S. forces have destroyed 10 tankers linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' multibillion-dollar shadow network over the same period. All mariners are advised to heed blockade warnings from CENTCOM forces. Crews should also continue to monitor Notice to Mariners broadcasts and contact U.S. naval forces on bridge-to-bridge channel 16 when operating in the Gulf of Oman and Strait of Hormuz approaches.

BREAKING: U.S. forces disabled an oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman overnight after it allegedly violated the naval blockade against Iran. CENTCOM says the Guinea-Bissau flagged tanker M/T Jalveer was attempting to transport Iranian oil through the Gulf of Oman when U.S. aircraft fired two Hellfire missiles into the ship’s engine room after the crew repeatedly failed to comply with instructions. The action follows similar operations against two other tankers earlier this week as the U.S. ramps up enforcement of the blockade.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Forces have begun strikes against Iran in retaliation for Iran's attacks against civilian, commercial shipping. The video below shows explosions at Iranian military and infrastructure sites near the Port of Shahid Haqqani in Bandar Abbas, Southern Iran. U.S. CENTCOM: "U.S. Central Command forces have begun launching a series of powerful strikes against Iran to impose heavy costs for targeting and attacking commercial shipping crewed by innocent civilians in an international waterway. The U.S. strikes are in response to Iranian attacks on three commercial vessels that were transiting the Strait of Hormuz. Iran’s demonstrated aggression was unwarranted, dangerous, and a clear violation of the ceasefire." 📷 OSINTdefender

Routes for free transit through the Strait of Hormuz are open to all vessels not violating America's blockade against Iran thanks to CENTCOM forces, which have successfully cleared sea mines from primary transit lanes. Thousands of commercial vessels have safely passed through as a result.

🚨 JUST NOW: CENTCOM confirms IRAN LIED, the fake news LIED — American forces have turned away 29 VESSELS as part of President Trump's blockade All those reports that ships successfully violated the blockade were WRONG. 🔥 CENTCOM: "Over past 24 hours, media reports have alleged that several commercial ships evaded the blockade, citing M/V Hero II, M/V Hedy, and M/V Dorena as examples. These reports are inaccurate." "Hero II and Hedy did not sail past the blockade as part of a flotilla that “ferried” millions of barrels of oil to the market. In fact, the Iranian-flagged tankers are anchored in Chah Bahar, Iran, after being intercepted by U.S. forces earlier this week." "Dorena has been under the escort of a U.S. Navy destroyer in the Indian Ocean after previously attempting to violate the blockade." "The U.S. military has global reach. American forces are operating and enforcing the blockade across the Middle East and beyond."

CENTCOM Conducts Airstrikes Against Iran-Backed Houthi Missile Storage and Command/Control Facilities in Yemen TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) forces conducted precision airstrikes against a missile storage facility and a command-and-control facility operated by Iran-backed Houthis within Houthi-controlled territory in Sana'a, Yemen, on Dec. 21 Yemen time. CENTCOM forces conducted the deliberate strikes to disrupt and degrade Houthi operations, such as attacks against U.S. Navy warships and merchant vessels in the Southern Red Sea, Bab al-Mandeb, and Gulf of Aden. During the operation, CENTCOM forces also shot down multiple Houthi one way attack uncrewed aerial vehicles (OWA UAV) and an anti-ship cruise missile (ASCM) over the Red Sea. The operation involved U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy assets, including F/A-18s. The strike reflects CENTCOM's ongoing commitment to protect U.S. and coalition personnel, regional partners, and international shipping.
