It is determined by each state, unfortunately, and in California, it's legal. If we can take back California, we can change the laws unless the Supreme Court somehow intervenes.

This is good to a point. In 2016, Postal Workers were burning, trashing and hiding Trump ballots because you could tell the difference between Republican and Democrat ballots. However, it is a Federal Crime to tamper with the mail. Every one of those carriers and postal workers should be in prison...but they're not. Just ask Durango Colorado. They do this all the time.

The underlying EO took effect on March 31, 2026. The USPS policy is a proposed rule from late May 2026 that is not enforceable yet, but soon. Activist groups and Democrats will most likely try to block it somehow if they can convince a judge before the 2026 midterms. Democrats know they're screwed. Much more to come...

I’m glad for what happened in California if for no other reason that it’s gonna shed a huge spotlight on elections not only in California but nationwide going forward!
