The fact that Vader didn’t say anything throughout the entire episode, made him more terrifying. They basically gave him Jason Voorhees vibes.

That's Vader. I've always said he fights like a lion or a tiger. He likes to play with his food before killing them. His ultimate sign of disrespect is his one arm fighting style. It means you're nothing to him. You're below him.

Maul could barely walk, that's how much he was nerfed. Also, Vader had no reason to hold back. Maul had reasons to hold back vs Ahsoka and later vs Inquisitors, since he wanted Inquisitors to take out Daki. Maul even pushed Daki to Vader.

Love that they make Vader so badass, especially with no talking. But ppl need to remember that whilst not stronger than Vader, they made sure that they showed Mauls leg was injured before the fight.

The Shadow Lord series is the best Star Wars has been since the Force Awakens trailer. What I love most about this series is that you get the full understanding of being hunted by the empire. Darth Vader was clearly just toying with them while they were obviously scared to death.
