Game: Battlefield 3

guarantee it wasn't a 70 GB game either

Let's make video games great again 🫡

GOTY graphics now:

We really need to bring back solid campaigns in shooting games!

High-end graphics cards of that time had 2 GB memory, PCs had 4 GB.

Those were tricks. But they worked, and games didn't required 12GB vram cards.

You can watch the full video in 4K here.

Battlefield has always made detailed games, crazy this was 15 years ago already! At the time I was blown away at the graphics, now we BF6, which is a cinematic masterpiece.

We are advancing backwards in gaming in every aspect

I keep saying it for years. Crying for 8k 240fps and RT in everything stagnated gaming. And the woke bullshit of course.... I'd take ps3 graphics with 10 minutes loading time and no pop ins every single time over the pop ins of this gen!

Holy shit battlefield 3 is 15 years old… lol

scripted/on rails very little gameplay

This was the peak of battlefield

I played Battlefield 3, and it was absolutely awesome. Between 2010 and 2015, we saw some of the best games like Far Cry 3, Black Ops 2, and GTA V. They were all so much fun to play.

It's upseting that games talk about wanting to look realistic, then create a product that is demanding on devices, Yet we have Battlefield 3 and 4. Their graphics are more cinematic than realistic, and heavily optimized.. we need more of that

I played this episode at full volume with the speaker turned on, I don't remember getting the pleasure and adrenaline I felt from this episode in any other game.

Omg 😱 what a Graphics 😳😳😳😳😳😳

15 years have passed, but the graphics and gameplay feel are still excellent.

Battlefield 3!! I would always play Danger Zone from the moment I took flight to the moment the first dog fight started. Lol

When they knew how to actually make games

When I played it in 2022, I was blown away The graphics are still amazing after 15 years and it blows most modern games out of the water

I don't trust scripted cinematics; they're like modern AI-generated videos nowadays.

Loved Battlefield 3. Multiplayer in BF3 was legendary.

My favorite Battlefield

Current CGA’s should take courses with Legends who made that possible

I’ve been seeing these clips looking back at classic, great looking games from a few years ago. Is this just nostalgia or did something happen? Like some games don’t live up to the hype? Just curious, cuz I’m digging seeing all these great games…

Cut scene.

We need a DLC of Venezuela Invasion

Omg...

sadly this was only frostbite

Yeah but looks like its a cut scene, not actual gameplay.
