You can’t think outside the box when your viewpoint was manufactured inside the box.

Innovation is about learning and iterating versus maintaining. Experts know all the risks and play to avoid them. They are great at maintaining status quo. While the world needs both, innovators are the ones who make the big, risky things happen.
