Using the amazing Boot Loader from CaptainYS (author of the Tsugaru emulator), FM Towns owners can leverage external SCSI CD-ROM drives (or CDDA-capable SCSI ODEs like ArdSCSino Blaster and ZuluSCSI Plus) to enjoy *some* software, even when their internal CD-ROM drive is dead! As you can see in the video, CDDA is coming directly from this Panasonic external SCSI CD-ROM drive out to a speaker, but you'd simply mix that into your audio chain for seamless integration. Pretty cool! 😎 Note that not all Towns models, and not all software, is supported. The Boot Loader software can run from HDD, CD-ROM, or FDD. You can read more about it at the link below.

💾 Made a DOS-style text-based user interface (TUI) today First app I made is Notepad (or should it be called EDIT.EXE?) and you can type in it and it has a localStorage-based file system with folders and everything! I wanted to create a BIOS for but it became this :D I really like these TUI interfaces, sometimes you still see them in shops or supermarkets when you pay Maybe I should make a whole SaaS biz with this interface?

Can't believe in less than 24 hours I created my own game with Claude and Three.js. Running in a browser at 120 FPS. All I had to do was give Claude the repo for Threejs and describe an MMO-like game for it to build from scratch. All the assets and mechanics you see are all from a prompt. As you can see, it is far from done but the progress is insane. Everyone should be using Three.js now without a doubt!
