Cadbury's is horrible, it don't taste anything like it used to, it's way too sweet.

That's why they've had to resort to marketing tricks.

Cadbury’s is vile now

I’ve always known this! 😡 they are choc charlatans. Just stop eating big industry food. There are plenty of small local companies offering a better product. You’re just paying for fancy wrappers and marketing with the conglomerates and given counterfeit toxic garbage in exchange

Cadbury is just crap in a package.

Its a pretty well established fact…. Dark chocolate is much better compared to milk chocolate or “dairy milk”

Cadbury has seriously degraded their products since they were taken over by the American company Kraft Foods in 2010. But then considering how crap American chocolate is I'm not surprised.

Formerly Cadbury's and Cadbury Schweppes, is a British multinational confectionery company owned by Mondelez International since 2010. Who changed the recipe...

@N_of_Leigh Ruined by the USA

Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Bar is indeed classified as chocolate, and its core ingredients have remained consistent over time. The product confirms that the 110g bar contains milk, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifiers (E442, E476), and flavourings. This composition aligns with the traditional recipe that has been in place since its launch in 1905. However, the discussion around whether it technically qualifies as "chocolate" in the UK hinges on the legal definition of chocolate, which requires a minimum cocoa content of 25%. Cadbury Dairy Milk typically contains around 20-23% cocoa, which is below this threshold. This discrepancy is what leads to the claim that it isn't "actually chocolate" in a strict legal sense, despite being marketed and consumed as such.

It's rubbery and contains vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter it hasn't tasted like chocolate for many years I avoid it

Cadbury is no longer British, that's why. The Americans took it over and it's been downhill ever since then.

Cadbury tastes shit , it doesn't taste as it used to

Who cares? It tastes delicious whatever it is

Dark chocolate is the only way to go

Honestly I hadn't noticed it had dropped chocolate from it's label, but I ditched it some time ago because it tasted different and I don't like it. for the oldies, have you noticed the ads now say it contains a glass and a half, when I was a kid it was a pint and a half!

I only tend to buy the 90% Lindt dark chocolate bars.

The milk contains Bovaer also. Toxic animal feed used to stop methane production for insane Net zero scam. I gave up Cadburys after a decades eating it. Im done!

Europe has regarded it as not proper chocolate anyway for sometime now, and it is watered down in the USA over fears that Hershey's would stop selling.

Cadburys no longer creamy just an oily texture now The Easter egg, the tubs at Christmas and definitely the bars. I’ve gone over to strong dark chocolate. Greens organic is very nice. Cadburys just gives you a sugar high and then the sluggish feeling! McDonald’s does the same!

I have given up buying Dairy Milk. The taste is not like it use to be. Cadbury’s have made a big mistake.

Dark chocolate tastes like cardboard. Give me the fake stuff.

Why the F is she shaking it the whole time?

They can't leave anything alone. Dairy Milk used to be the best.

The Mondelez effect, they turn everything to shit.

I cook my own chocolate from raw ingredients Takes time, not as fancy but much healthier than any of those fake foods

Lindt Dark Chocolate has high levels of Cadmium. Don’t eat it. Choose a different brand.

I noticed around 15 years ago or so that Cadbury started to taste terrible.

I have stopped buying Cadbury's chocolate as it is overpriced and taste disgusting. Used to be my favourite.

No surprise really. It’s now owned by an American food corporate…and they don’t give a shit about anything except profit

It always tasted weird to me

Lindt 85% and others had high levels of metals detected…
