There's a combat mod I use that includes bleedouts... u shoot a guy in the stomach and he bleeds out for 30 seconds and screams in pain and u gotta double tap them to put em out of their misery. It's real fucked up.

This is why Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the best if not THE best game to ever grace us... if it wasn't for this game I would've have ditched those horrible friends who treated me like a waste of space... thank you rockstar games for blessing us for one of the greatest games..
