The biggest misconception about carnivore is that it's expensive. It's not. That's a myth. Yes, if you're eating ribeyes twice a day, you're going to spend a lot of money. But carnivore is not ribeyes twice a day for most of us. That's not reality and it's not what I teach. Here's my reality in Houston right now: When chuck roast goes on sale I buy as much as I can. It regularly comes out to about $2 a serving. Ground beef is my main staple and I pay around $5 a pound, which gives me two meals. Eggs and butter round out almost everything I eat. Most days I spend around $6 total. Sometimes less. The meal in this video is a crustless quiche and Market Side hot dogs. Total cost: about $4. Carnivore does not have to mean steak twice a day. It means working with real animal food at whatever price point you can find it that week. Chuck roast. Ground beef. Eggs. Butter. Hot dogs when that's what fits the budget. That is the whole point of what I do. Carnivore is not exclusive to people with money. It is not exclusive to people with farms nearby or neighbors with chickens or access to fancy butchers. Most of my trading session is spent waiting. - Wait for price to reach my zone - Wait for the liquidity sweep - Wait for the market shift Only when everything lines up with my plan do I think about taking a trade. None of those things are in my control. I can't make price move faster. I can't force a setup to appear. All I can do is wait until the market gives me what I'm looking for. Some days I wait for hours to take one position. Some days I don't take one at all. I'm completely fine with that. The market will always give you another opportunity tomorrow. And the less pressure I put on myself to find trades, the better my decisions become. The money you're looking for comes from the trades you have the discipline to wait for.

This is why position sizing is a big part of risk management. Sandeep Rao - SEBI Reg. RA🖖 recently spoke to Tom Basso, one of the original Market Wizards, to discuss his approach to trading. I was listening to the interview and the one thing that stood out to me was how Tom's thinking on position sizing evolved over decades. He started simple: risk the same percentage of equity on every trade, inspired by Larry Hite's philosophy that every bet should be equal in terms of potential loss. But then came a silver trade with explosive volatility. Clients were calling, nervous about the wild swings. So he realized it wasn't just about the amount you could lose—it was also about the speed of movement. High volatility creates psychological stress that leads to poor decisions. So he added a second layer: volatility as a percentage of equity. Now he'd calculate both risk % and volatility %, then take the smaller of the two. Then came the third refinement: margin-to-equity ratios. Some markets have deceptively low risk and volatility but require high margin because of sudden jump risk. By incorporating all three factors, he never got caught overexposed. The result was a position sizing system that automatically scales down when markets get too volatile, protects against margin squeezes, and keeps portfolio risk in check. $TSLA Semi is a great product. It's just not a great product for Tesla right now. The constraint is batteries. Cybercab, Model Y and Semi all draw from the same limited supply of 4680 cells. So the question isn't whether Semi is good. It's what each cell earns. Per cell, Semi makes roughly 20 to 30% less than a Model Y, and far less than Cybercab. When supply is capped, you don't allocate to demand. You allocate to margin. Every cell in a Semi is a cell that didn't go into a higher-earning product. That's why Semi won't scale anytime soon, even though the market wants it.

I often troll people that talk down on negative RR style trading but tbh I share my executions with everyone here all the time and I very rarely actually position myself in a "negative" less than 1 RR in most trades. The fact of the matter is, I just simply dont trade with RR being the goal for my risk but instead the statistical invalidation. The area on the chart that has the LOWEST objective probability of going to, then I analyze the remaining stats for the day and IF my target is sufficient for my risk, I take the trade. This gives me the freedom to not put alot of pressure on being perfect, and being very process oriented vs outcome oriented. In addition to this you even get to see how I take a loss! Paper trading, in my opinion, is a load of it. It doesn't give you the real feel. What I do is allocate a slice of real capital I'm willing to lose , 5%, 10%, whatever, and test there . Real money puts real emotion behind it, and that's the only feedback I can actually learn from. People will disagree with me . That's fine It's what's worked for me . .
