I will not watch Edo be destroyed by cultists, kidnappers, and criminals. Today, I supervised the demolition of a house where children were kidnapped, tortured, and used for rituals. That wickedness ends now. Edo must be safe. We have also sealed cultists’ hideouts and are enforcing the new anti-cultism law. What I saw that day was unacceptable — children learning in dilapidated classrooms, unsafe environments, and schools abandoned by time. I promised immediate action, and today, the transformation speaks for itself. Army Day Secondary School has been totally rebuilt with modern classrooms, new desks and chairs, clean learning environments, and essential teaching tools that inspire excellence. And this same wave of progress is reaching many other public schools across Edo State. This is Practical Governance in motion. Education remains a top priority in our Five-Point Agenda because we cannot build the future while neglecting the foundation.
